Fayetteville, West Virginia
The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with many recent updates. New kitchen and appliances, new bathroom, new deck with hot tub, 3 new tvs and satellite, screened in porch, fire pit, internet, phone, etc...
The property is cozy, quiet and is located in a country setting but only 5 miles to the New River Bridge and is within 15 minutes of all the outdoor activities that Fayetteville, WV has to offer.
Host provides towels, sheets, blankets, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels.
We had a great stay! Thank you.

4 adults 3 bathrooms and plenty of Privacy with layout of bedrooms and baths. LR furniture worn, but place was very clean. A plus was screened-in porch. There is a fire-pit and hot-tub which we didn’t have a chance to use. City water and beautiful view. Long hill driveway. Owner recommended all wheel drive. We made it with a front wheel drive, hatchback. Just be careful.
Rustic home located 10-15 minutes outside of Fayetteville. Quiet location, ample parking- we had 3 vehicles at the house, 3 adults couples. Best part is the screened-in front porch with a table and chairs for 6 adults. The amenities were the fire pit- host provided firewood and kindling, which is appreciated. The host also had 6 chairs for outdoor seating by the firepit. The home has a hot tub on the back porch. We used it one night, no problems. Other positives was the kitchen had newer appliances and provided smaller appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, and Keurig, a pantry, dishwasher, and plenty of supplies provided like dishsoap, trashbags, and dishwasher detergent. The window AC units cooled the house just fine. For improvements or things to be aware of, the house in general needs maintenance, interior and exterior. Nothing major, things like a broken door knob or towel hook, burned out lightbulbs, a hornets nest on the front of a chair cushion on the back porch, etc. The back porch area needs to be at least swept- floor and around doors and railings for spiderwebs, bugs, leaves. The neighbor's dog came by frequently, which we did not mind. Nice, friendly dog. The only time he barked is when he knew we had bacon and burgers and we weren't sharing. Overall, it wasn't a horrible place to stay. Had everything we needed, but I wouldn't stay here again.
Cabin was exactly as stated. Close to Fayetteville, while enjoyed the rural setting. Amenities were everything we needed.
Had a great time visiting the area!
This cabin was perfect for our white water weekend. Clean and had nice amenities. Would definitely stay again.
We had a good stay and did not have any complaints about the overall cleanliness or condition of the property. The exception is that flying bugs would get in through gaps in the windows - especially around the AC units - in the evening, and I'd have to make rounds catching a few dozen moths and other flying bugs before putting the kids to bed, which was a nuisance. I feel like this problem could be pretty easily solved with some weatherstripping, screens, or other sealing in a few areas where there are obvious gaps. I stuffed paper towels around some of the window ACs and that seemed to help in some rooms. Otherwise, the layout and location were good for us, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub..
Private location, close to Fayetteville, easy to get to locations in the national Park. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed plus more.
We had 6 adults for 2 nights. There was plenty of seating in several areas. House was clean and all linens were provided. The property was beautiful and neighbors were extremely friendly. We would stay here again.
Enjoyed the rustic cabin with newer updates in the kitchen/laundry, as well as the amazing hot tub and comfortable beds after long days exploring the beautiful area!!
A beautiful log cabin with all modern amenities surrounded by picturesque mountains. Owner was always by text to answer questions immediately.
