**House Rules**



**1. No Parties or Events** This home is intended for quiet enjoyment.

Please, no large gatherings or parties. Any violation of the house rules,

including exceeding the maximum occupancy , will incur a fine of $1000.

Consequences may also include a warning, suspension of guests, or eviction.



**2. Quiet Hours** 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please respect our neighbors and keep

noise to a minimum.



**3. Respect the Retro** Many of the items in the home are authentic mid-

century pieces. Please treat everything with care.



**4. Kitchen Use** You’re welcome to cook! Please clean up after yourself.

There is no dishwasher, so just leave any dirty dishes in the sink. We’ll take

care of them after your stay. Basic supplies (coffee, sugar, spices) are

provided.



**5. Towels & Linens** Towels are for indoor use only. Please don’t remove

them from the home or use them at the beach.



**6. Trash & Recycling** All trash must be placed in bags and left in the

garbage can outside.



**7. Security** Please keep doors and windows locked when leaving the home.

No unauthorized guests allowed on the property.



**8.** **Pets: We welcome pet!** Please note that only 1 dog under 40lbs is

allowed. For safety and care of the home, pets must be leashed when outdoors

as there isn't a fenced yard and crated if when left alone inside the house.



**Security Camera Disclosure:** In order to protect the property, there is a

security camera in front of the property and back of the property.
