Stayed Jun 15, 2025The house has recently been remodeled so was really nice. Beds were comfortable! John was very helpful with tips on dining and other attractions. There is a separate second unit below you that was rented. We never encountered those renters while we were there. We were gone a good deal of time. We went to Red Rocks to a concert and this property is very close. Overall a very great place to stay in a nice neighborhood

Stayed Oct 15, 2022Had a wonderful time in this cute house with so much character. Was very clean, comfortable beds and owner left wonderful food and attraction ideas plus tons of information about the house. Great location to get to Red Rocks. Took about 20 minutes.

Stayed Sep 27, 2022We stayed a week to attend two concerts at Red Rocks and do some sightseeing in and around Denver. This property was perfect for our stay. The house is spacious, comfortable, with all the amenities you need and a great location. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.

Stayed Sep 1, 2022We came into town for a NiN concert at red rocks. John’s place was the perfect place to stay to easily get around town and explore the state a bit. The outdoor and entertaining spaces made it a perfect place for our small group to meet up to coordinate rides to events we planned and who can beat an outdoor bar on a beautiful summer evening.
