Stayed Mar 5, 2026Views were great. The patio had holes in it and did not look safe to walk on. The bedroom layout was super weird with the best two rooms not fully separated. Old carpet floors. No coffee or other offerings. Way over priced for what we got.

Stayed Feb 20, 2026Can you say sunsets? Incredible views of Sedona and especially the sunsets. The house is spacious and the owner is responsive. It is an easy drive to everything Sedona has to offer.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025Nicely appointed. Great bedding and soft pillows!! Host responded quickly. Clean. Sound travels through upstairs floor to lower bedrooms, and upstairs bedrooms have no sound privacy between them. Great views!! Location is wonderful.

Stayed May 16, 2024Location had incredible views. The wrap around deck provided a pleasant dining option with a variety of singing birds. There was a well stocked kitchen and the host was quick to respond to a dishwasher issue. The 5 bedrooms provided each of us with our own room. The beds were comfortable with good bedding. And the bathrooms had quality towels. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024The house is in a great location and has a lot of room. The views are amazing and the owner was very responsive. We did have a lot of trouble during our stay. There were a few small problems, like the hot tub being 61 degrees and food being left in the fridge from previous tenants, but we can overlook that. The big problem was the sewer system. We had the toilets backing up from day one. Water was dripping from the basement ceiling and it made a bad smell throughout the house. The owner got someone there in a timely manner to fix it, but the same issue happened again as soon as the plumber left. We were unable to shower, flush or even run water in the sink that day after hiking at the Grand Canyon all day. They did come back the next day and fix the problem, but left backed up sewer water in the shower and tub. We had to go out and buy bleach and cleaner so that we didn't have to stand in it. Hopefully these problems get fixed. If the plumbing was good, we would have really enjoyed our stay.
