Stayed Jan 31, 2026Upon arrival there was a little issue at the gaurd shack but was quickly resolved by the owner. This is a great resort with all the amenities with plenty to do with your kids. The condo overall was very nice. I would stay at this place again.

Stayed Jan 23, 2026The home was in a quiet area with nice resort amenties. The washer/dryer worked fine.Unfortunately, the home itself was beyond unsatisfactory. Firstly, the host never sent us the code. We didn't get in until after 5:00. We were renting the house solely for 2 couples to shower/sleep in as we had a large group in a 10 bedroom and just needed a bit more space. After getting in, we quickly needed to shower, when we discovered that the hot water wasn't very hot. We live in Miami and leave our ac on 69, sometimes 70. When we tried lowering the tewmp, it said that it was permanently held at 70. That was too hot for me, but should have been ok. Unfortunately, I was up most of the night sweating. The upstairs was DEFINITELY not 70 degrees. Even my m-i-l, who keeps her air on 73 (and I am always hot there) said that she was hot. It was super uncomfortable, even with the windows open. It is not ok to not let the guests set the temperature to their comfort level. Minimally, a fan should be put in each bedroom.The towels are mismatched, stained, and/or rough. The bathmat was disgustingly dirty. The linens had bleach stains. The pillows were not thick enough.The home itself, although clean, needs a good deep cleaning, and more attention needs to be paid to details. A dirty sponge holder only detracts from the appeal. Mini soap/shampoo bottles should be BRAND NEW for each renter. What does it cost? 2? It was really disturbing when I opened the dish soap to see a FILTHY inner cover.
