Step inside the home to meet the grand room, with soaring ceilings and tallwindows that allow light to pour in from every direction and offer timeless views of the nature surrounding the property. The space is built for gathering, whether that is swapping stories after a long day on the mountain or settling in for a movie night. The kitchen offers stunning views looking out over the ponds - the kind of view that makes your morning coffee feel like an occasion. The large dining table offers seating for 8, with additional seating around the kitchen island. When you are looking for a quieter moment, the cozy reading nook just off the kitchen is a perfect place to disappear with a book and warm up with the gas fireplace. The Stag Room, primary suite, on the main level is built for true rest. A king bed and gas fireplace anchor the room, with direct patio access and views of the pond that greet you every morning. The primary suite offers two separate bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The larger of the two bathrooms also includes a jetted soaking tub, perfect for after a long day in the mountains. Also on the main level, the Hunting Dog Room offers a comfortable retreat with a king bed and bathroom, featuring a steam shower.

Head up the stairs to find the loft area, perfect for morning yoga or a quick card game. The Pine room reflects the landscape just outside the windows. With a king bed, private balcony, large closet, and ensuite bathroom, making it a comfortable retreat after a full day of adventure. Down the hall you will find the Fish Room, with two twin beds, a private balcony, and an additional ensuite bathroom. The basement offers a perfect spot to gather as group. A large leather sectional fills the media and game space, built for movie and game nights. A full bathroom serves the level, along with the kids' favorite - the Bunk Room, featuring two sets of twin bunks and the feel of a true adventure cabin.

Step outside and the property opens up around you. The main patio is an evening destination in its own right, with a fireplace, dining area for 6, and views that stretch across the landscape. The lower patio's fire pit invites the whole group out under the stars when no fire bans are in effect. Trails connect all three private ponds winding across the property through some of the best wildlife habitat in the valley. The land is alive with wildlife year-round, and the ponds and river corridor draw an impressive variety of birds, waterfowl, and big game throughout the seasons. At the Stillwater River Reserve, the wild still is. All that's missing is you!

Please Note: The lower patio fire pit is available only when there are no fire bans in effect. The fireplace in the grand room is not operational. Kayaks and boats on the property are not available for guest use.
