Our family of 4 loved this property. We stayed for fall break and wanted a cozy, beach holiday, and this house was perfect! The location is excellent, just a couple minutes to walk to the beach with a direct path from the front steps. When not at the beach we lounged in the comfy, spacious living room watching fall movies and swam in the lovely new pool. The house was generously and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, towels, kitchen, and pantry supplies. You can tell the hosts want their guests to feel cared for. Thank you for sharing your home - we hope to book the house again in the future!

We spent 15 nights at this location and had a great time. The house was just right for us and the pool was great. We really appreciated that they came by multiple times during our stay to clean the pool. The ocean is a short walk from the house and we enjoyed that as well. It was algae season so the ocean was better in the morning than the afternoon but we went every day. We also really appreciated that this property is pet friendly. Our dogs had a blast hanging out with us, and the dog beach was 2 miles away. We highly recommend this property for a great vacation!

The pool and game area were the kids’ favorite parts. We also enjoyed the nicely manicured and cared for lawn surrounding the pool. There were many sleeping options. And most of them were very comfortable. It was very pet friendly. The home was so clean when we arrived. We would definitely like to return here in the future. I only took off one star for the general condition of the property because the back stairs seemed like they could use a good update. But that was the only issue we ran into.

This home was perfect for our group of four ladies looking for a relaxing getaway! It was exactly as described, beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the rental agency was always quick and helpful, making the entire process smooth.We visited the week before spring break season kicked off and practically had the whole beach to ourselves, which was a huge plus! Getting around was super easy with plenty of available Ubers, and we even saw golf carts offering free rides (just be sure to tip!).One thing to note, if you’re considering using the heated pool, there’s an additional charge of 350 for a four-day stay. We opted out, but it’s good to know that the sun only hits the pool in the morning. By around 2 PM, it’s in the shade, which made it a bit chilly in late February.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this rental to others!

Located only steps away from the beautiful gulf, we enjoyed sunsets, picnics on the lawn and family. We appreciated the cleanliness and convenience of this lovely home. Wonderful residence located just blocks from the bay to the north, and Gulf of Mexico south. The residence is aa seen on the VRBO site, no filtered photos. Loved this place❤

We traveled with our teenage son and some of his friends, and they loved the ping pong table, bikes, and bunk beds. One of the bikes had a flat tire and they sent someone over to fix it for us right away so the boys could use it. We also appreciated that they had some basic things for use like beach towels, sweetener for the coffee, etc. They also had a wagon, chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach. It felt like our home away from home while we were there. Oh, and the path to the beach is literally right in front of the house, so we just loaded the wagon up every day and made a spot for ourselves on the beach.
