New Pool and Hot Tub! Spacious & Sunny Beach Home with Impeccable Gulf Views!

The property is in a perfect location and was very clean. Plenty of space for our large family to spread out. Only downside was the mattress in the master bedroom was so hard it was like sleeping on the sidewalk. I honestly didn't know they made mattresses that hard. We wound up napping on the couches as needed since our night time sleep was not so pleasant. Other than that - amazing!

The house was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook. The layout of the house was better than expected with 3 separate bedroom areas making it more quiet for varied sleep schedules. We had little ones that could rest undisturbed while adults moved around the house. The beach was very accessible with an entrance right across the street. Waves can be heard from the porch and the neighborhood is very quiet. The beach area within walking distance was rougher than surrounding areas so we chose to take our littles to a calmer area a few blocks down. Communication up to the trip was great. My only complaint was a 5AM automated message from the rental agency with check out reminders during trip- could have more reasonably scheduled. Overall, fantastic house that was a great fit for our trip.

The kitchen is configured so that it’s perfect for gathering and conversation, and the downstairs patio was perfect for playing dominoes on a late, rainy evening. My only hesitation with staying here again is that one of our daughters wound up with around 50 bites on her body after sleeping on one of the bunk bed mattresses, so we made other arrangements for her after that first evening, and the mattress in the master bedroom was so hard it was like sleeping on a sidewalk. I didn’t even know they made mattresses that hard, so I wound up napping on the couches most of the time. Just be prepared for that. Other than that it was perfect.
