We had a wonderful stay, the house was updated and in excellent condition. Troy was welcoming and would definitely stay again.

The house was extremely clean for a rental! Everything is still new and nice. There are plenty of bikes and outdoor accessories. The neighborhood is well maintained and very quiet. The host is very good at replying to any messages. We had a good time!

The house was perfect. It’s stylish, updated, a perfect location. I will definitely rent from this one again.

This house was beautifully done. It was perfect for a week stay for myself and my mom. The pool was awesome and perfect to cool off a little when it was hot out. Communication with Troy was easy and quick. We loved everything about this house and would stay again!

This is an amazing property. This host has thought of everything to be so completely comfortable during your stay. It’s all brand new and high end furnishings. The location is so close to downtown Punta Gorda and. Fisherman’s Village. We will def stay here again.

From the start, Troy was exceptional. All questions answered before we could even ask them! Everything was explained during the process, including how to access the property. Then when we got to the house, it was even better than described! So clean, so well-appointed, so beautiful. After having one bad experience at a different property not owned by Troy (and in another city), I was hesitant to book a Vrbo again. This rental restored my faith. If you want a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to stay in Punta Gorda, this is it!!

Check in and access to the property was super easy. This absolutely spotless, beautiful, three bedroom, two bath comes with coffee bar, two living rooms, and a pool/ping-pong table. Also a very equipped kitchen with endless storage for those of you that enjoy cooking. We spent every minute we could in the pool when we were at the house!! Beautiful sunset the first couple nights we were there. Keep in mind, when choosing the right house for you and your family that the houses in PGI are close together and this is an extremely quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed every minute of this peace and quiet!! Thank you to the property manager and the cleaners of this immaculate property!!

Fantastic rental! There was so much to offer-pool, canal fishing, bikes, pool/air hockey/ping pong table. Very comfortable home that was well stocked. Troy answered any questions promptly. The only problem was our stay was too short!

This house is new, beautiful, clean and stacked with amenities. Amazing for kids and families. The pool is beautifully maintained and the kids loved fishing off the dock with the supplied fishing rods. There are bikes and kayaks as well. The house is located on a wide saltwater canal and is less than five minutes to open water. We had a boat delivered to the dock and had quick access to Boca Grande and Cayo Costa. Troy is a top notch host who responded immediately to any inquiry. I have stayed in a lot of vacation homes in the area and this was by far the best! Thank you Troy!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home and did not want to leave. Our family really enjoyed the air hockey / pool table plus the huge pool was lots of fun. The kids caught several fish and the fish light was full of fish each night. The house was super clean and had plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.
