There is convenient access to a cabana half bath shared with the game room. Inside, the game room features a pool table, HDTV, wet bar with sink, full size refrigerator and microwave. A laundry area with dual washers/dryers is on this level, plus two master bedrooms each with pyramid bunk with trundle and HDTV. The remaining six bedrooms each feature a large, streaming HDTV. The second floor has two master bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king) with deck access and three king master bedrooms with access to oceanfront decks and incredible ocean views. All bedrooms feature private baths. There is a half bath on the way upstairs to the third floor.

Off the great room is a separate insulated oak-panel theater room with four luxury recliners, a 65 HDTV, a DVD top-of-the-line Harmon/Kardon surround sound system, and extensive movie library. Outside, the oceanfront decks offer room to relax, gather with friends and enjoy a morning sunrise over the ocean. Wall to wall windows with amazing oceanfront views and upscale furnishings and amenities round out the beautifully appointed great room.

On the fourth floor, find a top level oasis with king master suite featuring a private oceanfront deck and master bath with Jacuzzi, tile dual-head shower and double sinks. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
