The property is in an ideal location to access everything in Conway, Jackson and Bartlett. Make sure you get working codes for electronic locks.

Overall the house was gorgeous!! Great location and comfortable. There weren’t any shades in one of the bedrooms on the main floor or in the loft. Just unable to change in the bedrooms because there were neighbors on that side. Also if trying to separate kids and adults, there was no TV in the downstairs living area. Really enjoyed the puzzles and were able to put 2 together when we were there. Thanks for a great relaxing place to hang out. Would definitely recommend to others.

We were a group of 4 adults, 2 children that visited Labor Day weekend. The house is at the top of a hill, tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. The views are absolutely gorgeous, like the other reviews say! There is another house on one side, which is built close to this house, but while we were visiting, it was empty so it felt very quiet. On the other side of the house, it is a wooded area, so it is very private where the backyard is. The firepit is awesome - bring supplies for s'mores! We had great late summer weather, so we used the grill and beautiful deck for dining alfresco. The house was very clean, bright and airy, spacious, and modern. It was nice to have two separate floors with bedrooms on each floor, so that way my noisy kiddos didn't disturb our friends that we were traveling with. You could definitely have enough space for 4 adults, 4 kids. The game room and upstairs loft was a fun addition for our kids. Great location - 5 minute drive to Storyland:) Perfect relaxing getaway!

Lovely newer construction with a fantastic view at the end of the street. Private and quiet not too far from town and close to lots of outdoor sights and things to do!! Highly recommend!

The house is nice. It’s spacious and has a great view on a private road. It was well stocked with what we needed. It’s definitely a house that was built for rentals, it’s generic and stark with basic decorations. Our issue happened the 2nd day when the trash left by the previous owners was ransacked by bears. There was trash everywhere. We asked Vacasa to come clean it up and it was still there 4 days later when we checked out. We called daily. So poor poor service and responses.

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 9-16) loved this house. There was plenty of space, meals on the deck had an incredible mountain view, and the kids loved all the games in the basement (and board games in the upstairs loft). The house is well-equipped, has nice furniture, and everything is new (although the basement is still partially unfinished, but that was not an issue for us.) The location is convenient to North Conway shopping/dining, hiking, and more. We would have loved to spend more nights there! The one concern that we want to share, however, is the communication with management. We arrived to find a full Toter-style garbage bin on the driveway plus a giant garbage bag overflowing with trash sitting on the ground next to it. We immediately reported it for quick remedy (there are warnings on the fridge about not leaving food/trash outside to keep from attracting bears/wildlife). Despite multiple text messages back and forth with the rental company about it, nothing was done over the two nights of our stay (they kept saying we are connecting with our local manager about it). It did not cause a problem for us, per se, but it was a noticeable difference from the attention that other VRBO owners give when contacted. We were grateful that we didn't have something more urgent that needed attention. So we absolutely recommend this home for so many reasons but our constructive criticism is to work on the property management aspect to make it a full 5 stars!

We had a good stay at this property. The views from the deck were great and the newly renovated look was great. Our kids loved all the games and play space in the basement. The only downside, which was a big one, is only two of the bedrooms have AC. Our kids room and the living room/kitchen area was very hot. The house really shouldn’t be listed with AC when less than half of the house has AC. Overall the house was clean and we had a good time.

House location and view was amazing! New house - and fun game rooms!!! Unfortunately - it was advertised with AC but the only AC in the house was 2 bedrooms. House was high 80’s on arrival and got down to 81 at bedtime. Bought 2 fans to cool it down and was told they would get an AC. They told us no availability around but we screen shot a few options. They never responded …. ACs in rooms were floor units and ran the whole time to try and cool down the bedroom. Did not have check in code before arrival and had to call while at the door. Found trash in parking lot area (looks like a bear found the trash can). And a trash bag was in the garage/ping pong room. We called and they came picked up the trash. GPS took us to the wrong house … and numbering of the houses were not in order. Other wise great stay! New grill, fun game room with air hockey, foosball and ping pong table. Outside table was nice to enjoy the view.

This is the second time we have rented this house. It is perfect for 4 adults, 4 children. Arrived at 4:00 to check in, and the house was still being cleaned. Sat in the car until 4:40 when I went in to put perishables in the fridge. Was told that it would be at least 30 minutes more. Finally able to get in to the house around 5:20. Sitting in the car for over an hour was not how we wanted to start our vacation. A phone call informing me that check-in was going to be late would have been nice.
