The home is located on the east side of Lake Cascade about 1/3 mile away from the Boulder Creek boat launch and public beach in Donnelly, ID. It sits directly across from the Tamarack Resort.

Directions to the home will be sent to guest 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once you have the exact address the home is easy to find using any navigation system or app you prefer.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This spacious home comfortably sleeps 12, making it the perfect getaway for multiple families.


The second story master suite features floor-to-ceiling windows that let sunlight flood into the room. You'll be waking up to incredible mountain and lake views from the moment you open your eyes. A king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private deck that offers stunning views of Lake Cascade and West Mountain make it easy to take your time getting ready for your day. A private seating area on one side and work space set up (desk, chair, and task lighting) on the other side makes the master bedroom the perfect retreat when you need to get a few things done for work, or just want some quiet time apart from your group. The large walk-in closet gives you plenty of space for all your belongings during your stay.

The remaining two king bedrooms are on the main level and are easily accessed by those who may have difficulty with stairs. They have both been decorated in lake house decor.

Two second story queen bedrooms are decorated with mountain decor to harmonize with the wooded setting outdoors.

Finally, the upstairs bunk room features 3 twin beds with brand new mattresses and a fun woodland decor and teepee for kids play time.

The newly remodeled master bathroom is a spa-like oasis featuring a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and heated tile floors. Enjoy his and her robes available for your use during your stay.

An additional second story bathroom serves the three other upstairs bedrooms and features a dual vanity, walk-in tile shower and heated tile floors as well.

The downstairs bathroom serves the two main floor bedrooms and features a tub/shower combo, dual vanity, and also the washer and dryer.

The floor-to-ceiling windows and open floor plan allow you to see the lake and mountain views from anywhere in this light-filled space. The kitchen is stocked with every tool you could possibly need to prepare fantastic meals, including appliances, cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. There are even plastic dishes for the kids and storage containers for your leftovers.


The living room area is filled with comfortable seating options and offers mountain and lake views no matter where you sit. A 65 inch smart tv lets you stream your favorite shows or have a family movie night during your stay.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
There are very few places where a beach is in your backyard, and this gorgeous home is one of them! To access the beach, simply walk across the yard and down the stairs.

Just beyond the beach area is a few more stairs down to the dock and lake. Feel free to bring your boat and/or jet skis and tie up to our dock during your stay!

Don't miss the spectacular star gazing on the dock after dark! It's especially fun during the many summer meteor showers through July and August!

Back at the house there are 6 rocking chairs on the deck for gathering around friends and family to relax.

Additionally, there’s a Traeger grill for your enjoyment.

The house comes with a selection of beach toys so you don’t need to pack your own. This includes 3 stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, boogie boards, corn hole, a cooler, and buckets and shovels for you to enjoy playing with the sand.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

1. The primary guest must read and accept our rental agreement. The agreement, which will be sent by email and fully explains our house rules and answers FAQ.

2. Because we are committed to protecting our local community and home, a $500 security deposit will be required for each stay. Guests will receive an email or message with instructions for how to put a card on file for the security deposit.

3. Please be advised that we use hospitality industry-grade noise, occupancy, and cigarette smoke detection both inside and outside our home. These devices monitor the raw noise level in decibels (no conversations are heard or recorded), and use the number of mobile devices present as a proxy for occupancy. Smoke is detected similarly to how a smoke detector works. You are free to research the company Minut if you have further questions about the devices.
For the safety and peace of mind of our guests and the property, we have a rental agreement that must be read, understood, and accepted before your reservation will be finalized.
This agreement is designed to answer many of the FAQs for your stay and provide more clarification on our house rules. Please take the time to read it carefully.



Additionally, because we are committed to protecting our local community and to avoid ID and credit card fraud, we’ve partnered with the leading vacation rental guest screening company Superhog. Please keep an eye out for an email from them.

We use them to independently verify our guests and to allow you to choose between using a security deposit or buying a damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay.

Again, this rental agreement and screening are part of our Terms of Service and your reservation will not be fully finalized until we receive your acceptance. For the protection of the guests and property, guest understands that there are 2 security cameras on the property in the following locations.
1. At the front door which can see activity on the front porch, front yard, and driveway.
2. At the back door which can see activity in the backyard.

These security cameras record both video and audio day and night. They are hardwired and have no on/off switch. Guest, agrees not to tamper with, or allow any other guests to tamper with the security cameras, including, but not limited to : covering the camera lens, pointing the camera in a different direction, or doing any other activity that might reasonably interfere with the cameras power or function.

For your privacy, the owner has not installed any cameras or recording devices within the interior of the home. None of the exterior cameras can see into any of the windows of the home or neighbor's homes.

    We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and ideally located. The host was an outstanding communicator, making everything smooth and stress-free. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with quality cookware, dishes, and glassware, which made meals easy and enjoyable.The outdoor amenities really exceeded our expectations. From stand-up paddleboards and kayaks to fishing poles and canoes, there was something for everyone. The dock was perfect for our ski boat, with a launch ramp just a few minutes away. There was also plenty of space to park both the boat trailer and our family’s vehicles.We couldn’t have asked for a better setup and will definitely be returning!

    What a winter wonderland beautiful home and views. Large enough for my family get together there was 11 of us from 14 to 70 . Fully stocked with more than most vaca rentals. Customer service was spot on responded quick and had all the answers needed. We will definitely be back for the summer views.

    We enjoyed our get-together with family from Colorado to California to Idaho. The grounds were our favorite part. From the young adults, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing, we’re all the immensities we needed. At night we were able to enjoy the fire-pit outside, while stargazing. Having our own, basically, private beach area to set sail on the lake Waters. The views from the master bedroom & living room were so beautiful. This home has a lot to offer, especially outside, is where you want to be. The kitchen is fully stocked with things needed to cook. The bathrooms were stocked with your basic needs. We hope to go back again, depending on the size of family coming next time. We truly built wonderful family memories at this property ?

    Had a wonderful time at this property. We went with friends and their families. The grass yard was excellent for lots of yard games and the kids had a lot of fun on the beach. The property manager was super helpful and responsive. They had so many extra amenities that came in handy and we didn’t have to pack. From spices, to tin foil to a griddle and crockpot, games you name it. Also really appreciated that dogs were allowed :) Would definitely book again!
