Stayed Aug 28, 2025Modern place and central location for a group of 6. Close to downtown Ballard, Greenlake, U district, and downtown Seattle. Walkable to Ballard restaurants, bars, and grocery. Nice kitchen for eating in. Cool roof top area for lounging.Stayed for a UW football game and had a wonderful weekend! Would stay again!!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024We visited Seattle for a week at the end of October & stayed a couple different places to take in all that Seattle had to offer. We chose this place because we wanted to visit downtown for a couple days, but was struggling to find a place that had multiple bedrooms & baths. We were worried about not being close enough to downtown but we found it extremely easy to drive, 10 to 15 minutes. The place comes with a narrow parking spot but our van fit fine & our 2nd vehicle found parking right next to the place easily. The place is very clean and modern. The bedroom downstairs was huge, all the bedrooms were nice with plenty of bathrooms, 4 total, three with showers. It rained the days we were there so didn't really go on the rooftop but looked nice. A treat was the coffee place right next door, really good with pastries. We ordered pizza to pick up just across the street, woodfire, really tasty. Nice bar & restaurant about ten to fifteen yards away, took advantage of the happy hour, oysters on the 1/2 shell $2.50. Safeway was about 5 minutes away. Real easy to get to the Zoo, about 5 minutes. There are stairs though, but my 75 year old parents stayed on the main level and only had to climb one set of stairs. We found Seattle is very hilly so really was easy. Overall would stay again. Check out was easy with only needing to get rid of garbage & start dishwasher.

Stayed Dec 24, 2022This property was wonderful for our family to rent over Christmas break. Lots of room to spread out, very clean and conveniently located. We would rent here again!
