Stayed Jun 13, 2024We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament, wonderful and clean conditions. The owner was very hands on gave us some great tips where to eat. Easy to get to from the main roads. Not far from the University of Arkansas.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Extremely clean and quiet. Easy to get to and close enough to the campus and restaurants. They thought of everything; work space area, chargers, coffee station (machine filled with water already), good toilet paper (very important), comfortable beds, snacks, waters next to the beds and robes just to name a few of the things. Looking forward to getting back and staying there again. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Neighborhoods was new and very quiet. Roy and Marlene are so accommodating. This place is top notch! Literally. Communication was very easy. Immediate response. The beds are amazing!! We didn’t want to get out of them. Thank you again for being so accommodating to your needs. Pet friendly also.
