New Luxury-Professionally Decorated Home Pool/Spa 5 Minutes walk to beach

The host was very responsive. The house was perfect for us. Loved the proximity to the beach. And the pool/hot tub were enjoyed daily.

Jay was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a perfect location (3 minutes from the beach, 8 minute walk to Pine St.). It’s incredibly clean and very well stocked - and the host is very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property! Modern appliances including a Keurig, very clean with nice showers. Small issue with weak pressure on the faucets in the bathroom. The shower is very nice. The pool and hot tub really made it for us. The property is located close to the beach. Six nice beach chairs and cart. Two umbrellas but one needs to be replaced. Beach towels are provided. We loved the property and plan to come back.

We had an amazing week at Anna Maria. The house was even more beautiful in person and was immaculate and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The house is in an excellent location and just a VERY short walk to the beach. Jay was great with communication and even called personally to make sure we were enjoying our stay. 10/10 recommend.

This is by far the most immaculately clean house we have ever stayed in. Stocked with absolutely everything you could need - just bring your toiletries. Beautiful home, perfect location, comfy beds! Everything you need for the beach provided. This was our first stay at Anna Maria, and Jay was very helpful with golf cart, kayaking, shopping, and restaurant recommendations. He was available for anything we needed. Highly recommend. We will definitely return!

The house was just as described and we absolutely loved it! Great size rooms and amenities and so close to the beach. We loved the outside pool area and spent many hours out there. I’d recommend hiring a golf cart buggy so you can explore the island without all that walking in the heat. The house came with everything we could have needed for a really comfortable stay. We will definitely come back.

We had the most perfect week staying at Reel Lucky! We decided to fly this time instead of the long 13 hour drive. I was really nervous leaving all our beach equipment behind but Jay’s house had everything we needed and more! Wagon, chairs, umbrella’s, floats, beach towels, toys and not to mention a very well stocked house! Clean, comfy beds, a beautiful pool view and an easy walk to the beach! Communication before arrival was great! Jay greeted us upon check in, gave good advice to my daughter and her friend and even at my request came and gave us a tour of his house next door (White Pearl…so cute)! Can’t wait to return and bring family along to rent both houses!

This was our first trip to AMI and this property was a grand slam. The house was immaculate. Everyone was comfortable and had enough room. Location was fantastic. Private pool was great and the spa light shows were a hit.

Jay’s house is perfect in every way! The house itself is newly renovated and sparkling clean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked and the sound system made our time in the pool very enjoyable. The house is directly across the street from a beach access point and a short walk to Pine. We can’t wait to return!

This house is a great stay! Close walk to the beach and great location just a short distance from Pine. Beautiful interior and exterior!! 3 bedrooms and 3 bath...ample space. Lots of extras...spices, coffee filters, cleaner, paper towels,laundry detergent, beach equipment...etc. made it nice not to have to purchase. Hosts were amazing in communications before and during our stay. We will be back!

We had an incredible stay at this home! The kitchen was one of the best we’ve ever had in a vacation rental—fully stocked with all the equipment and spices we needed to cook great meals. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a fantastic grill, pool, and spa that made outdoor relaxing so enjoyable. The beach location was absolutely perfect for us, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf every day. We truly appreciated the attention to detail from the hosts and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Loved this property. Very well furnished (owners thought of everything!), lovely pool and outdoor area, and super comfy inside. 3-minute walk to the beach with the shortcut we took. Perfect accommodations for our party of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids). Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our vacation when “Debby” decided to make its visit to Florida. We arrived day after and Jay (owner) even showed up to clean the pool out. Also to make sure the house was in good condition and the entire time him and Connie were in communication with us. We will definitely be back to the Reel Lucky!

Our family stayed in this property for our 2 week vacation and could not be happier. The house is amazing with all the features we needed and a beautiful backyard with an amazing swimming pool. The location of the house is one of the best in the island with a very short walk to the beach. The host is very attentive to details and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house has everything that you will need during your stay and more. We have rented houses in AMI several times before and this is by far the best one of all. We definetely recommend this property.

This was the first time our family visited AMI. The house was exactly as listed and was stocked more than other VRBO houses we’ve rented. There were enough paper towels, dish pods, laundry pods and toilet paper for the week. Very appreciated when you are flying to a destination vs driving. The kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach was great for kids. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit AMI.

Very clean, great floor plan, comfortable beds, six adults had plenty of space. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen, at the pool and for the beach. Great location and close access to the beach. Would defiantly recommend and rebook. A +
