NEW! Luxury Oceanfront Remodel! Beachfront & Private Beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated beachfront townhouse on 30A. It was very comfortable and well-appointed for our family of four, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beach views. The unit was clean upon arrival and in a fantastic location—convenient to all the local hotspots, dining, and shopping. We made lots of great memories exploring the area!The only downside was the persistent issue with the dryer. While the management company was responsive and sent someone out quickly, the problem was never fully resolved during our stay, which was a bit frustrating.Overall, we had a great experience and would consider staying again. A few minor improvements would easily make this a 5-star stay!

This was the most peaceful and perfect vacation I’ve ever been on. Rachel was AMAZING and so helpful. The house was clean, well stocked, and our favorite part, the private beach access. We couldn’t have had a better honeymoon and we will most definitely be back.

I really can't say enough great things about this rental experience. The location is absolutely perfect relative to both proximity to the beach and all things 30-A. Also, you can't put a price tag on the fact that the beach in front of the condo is private. Being able to walk out to our chair setup without being suffocated by other beachgoers was more than just a highlight.....it made the experience so much more enjoyable. The condo itself (as you can tell from the pictures) was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. I had the opportunity to interact with the owner a few times and she was such an delight. I had two nonissue-related questions that came up and both were responded to within minutes. Finally, I left a very important item behind after we departed. The cleaning crew was able to locate it and ship it back to my residence in Texas immediately. Without question, this is one of the best rental experiences I've ever had - THANK YOU!

Our family had the absolute best time on this trip. The home was everything we hoped it would be…beautiful, clean, comfortable, in a great location, and the views were amazing… We will definitely stay here again. So sad to be leaving!!

We loved this unit for our week stay! It was perfect for 2 couples, with beautiful decor, and comfortable space/furniture. The views from the living room and primary bedroom were awesome and we enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Love the beachfront location where you can see and hear the waves coming in while having breakfast or an afternoon drink! The beach was quiet, with easy access, and we were able to get daily service for chair and umbrella set up. Location is also great, with the surrounding area being very quiet, but still close to dining and shopping. Would highly recommend, and hope to stay here again!

We have been staying on 30a for 15 years and this is by FAR the best rental! First, the location is amazing. The private beach out front is great, 30a is a crowded place and the private beach makes you feel like you are on a secluded island. Second, the unit itself is totally renovated and could not be nicer! It is decorated so beautifully and the views are so perfect! Third, check in process is great, they stay in touch, and are so responsive. If you are looking for an amazing, relaxing vacation, look no further! You will be so happy you stayed here! We are already trying to find a time to visit again!
