Guest Access:

• Primary guest must be 21+ (ID required for all booking confirmations)



Check In 5pm / Check Out 10am • Full access to the entire home + contactless keypad entry

**No bicycles, trailers, mopeds, boats, RV's, busses, trikes, watercraft, or commercial vehicles



• Parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles in the driveway or garage (no street parking permitted)

• Motorcycles welcome but must be parked inside the closed garage

• No RVs, boats, or trailers allowed per HOA regulations - any fines/towing are a guest expense



• No smoking, or vaping inside the house (only permitted outside)

• Maximum stay is 20 days. Longer stays are available by request and must be approved prior to booking

This home is located in a new residential community in North Myrtle Beach, offering a peaceful setting just minutes from Ocean Drive, beaches, golf courses, shopping, waterfront restaurants, and family experiences. It’s an ideal home base for beach days, group trips, and exploring the Grand Strand.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Free private parking is provided, and ride-share services are readily available throughout North Myrtle Beach.
