This vacation home rental in Winter Park has one of the best location and views available which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the popular Hideaway Station neighborhood. The condos in this building are located on the second floor of the building and bedrooms within the condo are upstairs with a total of 2 flights of stairs including the stairs to reach the residences on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms upstairs within the condo. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Fireside Market is also next door for all of your grocery shopping. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle next to the building will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities.

Super clean “downtown” condo with balcony views of Main Street and mountains. We didn't drive once we parked and settled in because coffee, breweries, distilleries, restaurants, a market, and hikes were all within walking distance. We appreciate it being pet friendly so we could bring our pup. It's a really nice weekend getaway in the mountains. Afternoon rain showers made rainbows for us, too. To note: the street noise at night is quite loud, so if you're a light sleeper, it might not be ideal. Also, there are detailed instructions about every single thing…except how to locate and/or access the hot tub. This was the only unfortunate part of the stay. Be sure to take advantage of the discounted coffee, ice cream, and other services!
We had a wonderful time and Winter Park Stays was wonderful to work with. It was ease to check in and out. Their communication was excellent! Highly recommend!
Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a homy feel. Close to Lyft and an easy ride, however the hot tub was packed the first day but we compensated by snuggling up by the fireplace while watching tv and playing games.
Accurately represented, clean, well-stocked kitchen. 1 hot tub for all the units not enough. Tried to use it twice, too crowded. Loud right on US40 but no issue sleeping. Shuttle stop right across street to ski area!
The loft was great well appointed. It had everything we needed and is conveniently located short drive or shuttle ride from the Resort. The only suggestion I would have is that one of the beds should be a queen bed both beds are full size beds which was too small.

Beautiful property, central location. This is on the main highway so expect noise. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Our “assigned parking spot” was taken so we had to park in the covered garage down the street. Also the codes to get into the building and the bedroom are very challenging as the lockbox is very sensitive and there's 2 seven digit codes. Very annoying! Management is quick to respond and free perks were nice.
