New Luxury Chalet with panoramic view directly on the ski-slope

We had a great time in the chalet. The view from the terrace and living room is absolutely great! Good starting point for some nice hikes. The communication with the host was easy and very friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay here, especially waking up to beautiful views! Johanna was lovely - very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Communication was great and check-in was very easy. The balcony and backyard were great to relax outdoors, and the chalet was extremely clean and very spacious. Could easily have had another family stay! We’d love to come back in the winter.

We had a week in the summer, and found the chalet to have everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed having a bbq. The views are from the house and balcony are stunning.

We got a very warm reception from Johanna who gave us an introduction to the resort. Pantry well stocked with cooking essentials, and kitchen is very functional. Can pretty much ski in and out (50m walk from door!). Non skiers will need a car to get to other activities as expected. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Really impressed with this chalet - met on arrival by the house keeper, Johanna. Bowl of fruit and Prosecco in the fridge is a nice touch, plus the personal welcome from the owners. Local Spar about 9km away which stocked pretty much everything we needed. We went up the Donnaberg cable car when it was open on a beautifully sunny day, and walked back down the mountain home. Has a hilarious Thursday night at the local hotel which had traditional Austrian dancing, which called for audience participation at times! A truly peaceful location to stay in the summer - thank you

We were two families, 8 people in all, and had such a nice skiing holiday in the Chalet Annaberg in January 2014. The house is perfect, very new, completely equipped with everything you could possibly need during your holiday in terms of china, glasses, cooking utensils, tea towels, etc. You do not need to bring anything extra from home (which we are used to having to do in other rental accommodation). The pictures shown on the website are a perfect match - what you see on the pictures, is also what you experience in real life, when you arrive. The house is very cosy and welcoming - and we really felt comfortable and at home. Also worth mentioning is the fact, that the beds are really good - nice duvets and good matresses, even on the bed in the open loft. We enjoyed the sauna during our stay - and it was a nice extra touch, that scented oils for the sauna was set out, encouraging us to use them. Great location, just next to the piste - 2 min. walk and you put your skies on. We would also like to thank the friendly caretaker, who made sure that the house was in beautiful clean condition when we arrived - and who gave us good advice of where to go (Flachau), as the snow was missing from Annaberg this year. This ensured that we still had really good skiing during our week. Last, but not least, we really appreciated the gesture of a bottle of champagne and a nice card from Anna welcoming us on the table when we arrived. Such a nice way to start our holiday! We had an absolutely wonderful week in Annaberg and the house is beautiful. I cannot say anything bad about it because everything was fantastic!! The house was so well equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen, the sauna was great to relax in, the view and the location really stunning and the local people especially the house manager so friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect – of the best – and we would definitely recommend the chalet to anyone and we look forward to staying again.

We were extremely happy with our time in the house. It is right on one of the main slopes of the Dachstein West ski area. At the bottom of the hill is a beginner/children's area. We had 2 Grandparent, 2 Parents, and 2 small children (1 & 3 years). The house is extremely well designed. The windows are amazing, take up the whole room and are looking at beautiful mountains. Great sauna setup which we used regularly. Extremely happy with the residence and would love to return.
