The place is safe, nice and clean. Everything in the place is looks all new. And i love the most is there is a label for every door(like laundry, washroom etc.) We enjoyed our stay for 1 week. This is highly recommended for a small family looking for a place to stay in for holiday.

The place was clean and accommodating. Just make be aware that there may be people staying upstairs. Depending on the clients upstairs you may run into some noise. If you are renting the whole house, or if you are upstairs, maybe nothing to worry about. It may be good for the host to add a policy of reminding all customers that other people are using the house as well and that we should all be considerate of others.

Needed a home base for a quick getaway with my spouse and our toddler. Found this new basement suite for a steal! It was clean, quiet, and perfect for what we needed. I recommended two tiny additional things that would enhance a stay in this space and then recommended it to a friend of mine who is taking her little family on the same trip in the near future. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a new subdivision. Place was all brand new and very clean. We stayed only one night as a layover from visiting family in Airdrie on our way to Banff

Excellent communication with Derrick. We were very happy to be permitted to change our stay to two weeks instead of four (because of a change in our plans) after we had been in Airdrie for only a few days.
