The primary, second and third bedrooms feature king size beds, the third bedroom offers the ability to convert the king into twins. A queen air mattress is available for additional guest use. A full washer/dryer is available for guest convenience. A hotel style safe is at your disposition to store your valuables.

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

    It's a delight to find a property with 3 king bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms (with one bedroom ability to switch to 2 twin beds). The house was extremely clean and very well appointed with all the appliances, utensils, etc we could possibly need, including a crockpot that we used for dinners. Extra bonus to have hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. And spices in the pantry - awesome! Although we didn't use since we brought our own. Thank you for all of this - we loved the house and enjoyed our stay!!

    The rental was amazing. Incredibly clean and well kept. All of the appliances worked. The patio was great. They even had every light switch labeled. You couldn't ask for a better location in both Sedona and Arizona. You can quickly access Sedona, Oak Creek Village, and the Red Rocks. We made day trips to Williams for the Grand Canyon Railway, and the Petrified National Park. We highly recommend and would stay again.

    This property was absolutely stunning! The house was brand new, well stocked, beautifully decorated and had great views from every room. It was within a mile to the Chapel in the rock, hiking trails and minutes to downtown Sedona. Honestly, it was the best VRBO that we have ever stayed in and we would rent it again in a heartbeat. 10 out of 10!!

    The house was absolutely stunning. New construction and they thought about every little detail. The kitchen was well appointed as we stayed for 5 weeks and cooked a lot. The beds were extremely comfortable, there were 2 amazing porches with red rock views. Every window had a view. We will be back again next year and will stay longer ! 5 plus stars on everything.
