New Listing! STUNNING Luxury 1 Blk 2 Beach w/ Private Pool, 3 King Suites!

The house was beautiful! We liked the close walk to the beach. It would have been perfect if there was a hot tub. I always add a hot tub forthe house to my search, so I did not realize until a couple of days before our vacation that this house had no hot tub. Blue Swell said it was too late to change to a different home. I would’ve given them five stars if I had been able to make the switch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised. There were 3 couples in our group. We each had a very nice bedroom and bath with King size beds. We had room for several more. We really liked having the kitchen and living area on the top floor. Very nice view from the deck to socialize and have an adult beverage. We could not find anything wrong. The pool was good. Plenty of room for us. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was not bad at all. This end of the beach is very quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again.

There is an elevator but we were not permitted to use it. The pool was cold but we were not permitted to use the heater.

We spent a week and needed an extra day due to a baseball tournament, and management was very accommodating. The pool was great for the kids!! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Large kitchen that got a lot of usage.

House was better than described. Short walk to the beach with a private pool. No worries with unit neighbors didn’t even know they were there. Property was super clean! Would stay again!!

This was an excellent place. We had two families stay together. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all. Kitchen is gorgeous and had everything we needed to cook and bake. The balconies are amazing- spent a lot of time hanging out on them. We walked to the beach which is very close and beautiful. Located near great donut shop too. Would stay here again.

It’s a new house so everything is up to date and beautifully decorated. Great beds! King size in all bedrooms. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking in. The overhead microwave did not seem to be working which I guess was why there was a small one on the counter. This is a 3 story house and the kitchen is on the top floor. Only drawback is carrying groceries up all the stairs. Great exercise! We noticed an elevator but it was locked. I’m sure for security reasons. (My grandkids would have probably never left the house if it was working!) The location is great. Short walk to the beach. Beach access right across the road. House has a great pool. We spent most of our time at the beach but some did take a late dip in the pool. I did call regarding the pool gate code and the young lady was very helpful. Anytime I have called with questions everyone has been so nice. I love the communication process with Blue Swell. Emails and texts with all information regarding our stay. A+Hope to rent this house again!

Everything was just as shown on the site. The location near the beach and private pool was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property for a larger family getaway!!

Cabinet pulls falling off. One cabinet drawer completely fell apart. Most importantly: the FIRE ALARM went off 4 times during our week stay! We don't smoke, there was no fire or smoke whatsoever. The fireman commented that everytime thus house is rented they are deployed numerous times because the alarm frequently and erroneously is activated. 3AM, 11PM, 7AM, 8PM, yes the alarm went off at these times for no reason and the fire department had to send a truck full of firefighters to reset the alarm. RIDICULOUS!! Obviously we brought this terrible situation to the attention of the property manager and #1 it continued to happen, #2 no offer for a discount or partial refund was offered.

Bathrooms very clean and plenty of towels. Nice deck furniture (we hung out there quite a bit) and pool was Clean and lots of pool furniture. We had one issue with the refrigerator and microwave but called the office and it was taken care of immediately!We have no complaints and highly recommended this house! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Private pool - kids loved cooling off after a day at the beachCons1. One bedroom did not have the use of the ceiling fan. There was no remote and the property manager said that they ordered a new remote but we never saw it and there were no additional fans to offer the guests in that room.2. The kitchen was not stocked particularly well with cooking items. Can opener didn’t even work. Pizza pan provided didn’t even fit in the oven. However there were lots of plates, cups, and utensils available.3. We had issues with the microwave popping and throwing the breaker multiple times during our stay. I reported it to property manager but never received a response after they were scheduled to look at the issue. If we needed to use the microwave, we just prayed for the best and backed up quickly when starting it. Sometimes it was fine. Other times not. This was not my normal experience with the PM. Blue Swell has always been very responsive and fixed any issues I have dealt with quickly, but not the experience this time.
