Stayed Nov 22, 2020The home is exceptional and perfect size for a family. The home is only a few years old and looks and feels very new and well cared for (can i say perfect?). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with new appliances throughout. The living room off the kitchen was perfect for hanging out with a big screen TV and plenty of seating. Each of the 3 bedrooms on the main floor were well sized with modern bathrooms. The upper master floor was incredibly spacious with a massive bedroom, huge bathroom and ample walk in closet space. The lower level had its own bedroom, bathroom and living room which was perfect for our in-laws (quiet from rest of house when they needed to get away). The upper two floors have big balconies that run the length of the house which allowed us to hang outside each night. The lower level lets out to a large pool and sandy area. The home site is on a canal and the owners were kind enough to move their boat so we could rent a boat to leave on their lift a few weekends. The neighborhood is really unique and amazing. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. And best of all its a 5 minute walk to a terrific beach where we spent many nights watching the sunset while our children played in the sand. All in all i can't recommend this home enough.
