Communication with the host was prompt and easy. The house is great and has everything you could possibly need. The pool looks lovely and tempting but it was a bit chilly outside for us to use it. The neighborhood is cute and centrally located near the Paradise Valley mall area. We will definitely return to this great vacation spot.

Beautiful place and great location!

What a great property! It is exactly as depicted in the photos. Beautifully laid out, nicely decorated, state-of-the art appliances, and all the amenities one would want to feel at home while away. The backyard is awesome! You’ll find a charming eating area, surrounded by twinkle lights and an outdoor tv for game or movie nights under the stars. The pool is gorgeous, surrounded by ample pool chairs…a welcome retreat after a round at one of the local courses, a shopping excursion, or a long day of sightseeing. Andrew is an incredible host. He’s always available, super responsive, and full of great suggestions for golf courses, restaurants, or pickleball courts (and I suspect more). The property is well situated in a lovely neighborhood for a short drive to many local sights, shopping, and so many great restaurants. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Thank you, Andrew, for a great girls trip stay!

very good, prompt communication with owner and property manager. while we were there, their brand new frig broke down. they very promptly responded & jumped through some hoops to get a new one delivered within a day. communication was very good.

The home was great. It was in super location for all our golfing days. In the evening we were able to just sit by pool at the house and relax. The neighbourhood was quiet and made it easy to enjoy our evenings. I contacted the host after the big dust storm went through while we were there and they were extremely helpful. I would definitely go back and stay again.

This home HONESTLY could not have been more perfect! My teenage daughter and I wanted a quick getaway to have some time together where we could sit back and relax in a nice, comfortable, pleasant place and this was EXACTLY what we needed! I'm a clean freak, so I don't relax very well if things aren't clean and this property was SO CLEAN! The decor is relaxing, feels spacious. The pool was INCREDIBLE...my daughter and I shared some of our best conversations and laughter in a long time! It was just the setting we needed in every way! As we sat in the pool, I told her I felt bad for her dad that he didn't get to experience this fun place, so we'll have to return and bring him next time. The home itself, the pool, the neighborhood, close distance to the airport (just took an uber to and from the airport) and the host are all INCREDIBLE...I had a couple quick questions when I booked the place and when we arrived (just about the pool) and he got back with me right away and was SO NICE! Honestly, this place is perfect in every way!

This was our first visit to Arizona and we weren't disappointed, This home in Scottsdale is in a great neighbourhood and is close to everything. We felt so safe and really enjoyed staying in this wonderful home with a fantastic pool. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and will definitely stay here again if we visit Scottsdale. Thank you Andrew and Kate

The house was great! Location is central to anything you will need. Owner was responsive to anything we needed.

This is a lovely property in Paradise Valley, which is always our “home base” on trips to PHX. We really enjoyed the heated pool during a week of remarkably cool temps for Phoenix. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated some little touches like the snack basket and living room throws for cool evenings. I think the property could benefit from some new towels, but can’t think of anything else that would merit a change. Thanks for a great stay!

Clean. Great location.

This house is in a very quiet area. Not a place to party IMHO. There are restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, pretty much anything you might need very close. Games and pool in the backyard for kids.

Very easy and open communication with owners/property manager before and during the stay. The house was easy to get to, check in was easy, and the house was in pristine condition. All of the amenities were functional and great to use. All bedrooms were tidy with clean linen, all bathrooms were clean, and the living spaces had plenty of places to sit. We had a great relaxing stay and would highly recommend to any group looking for a great house to stay at while visiting.

Great spot, and very handy to Kierland hotels, shopping, and restaurants. Very comfortable, quiet spot with great patio pool and chipping area. The host was excellent to communicate with, and all went easy and smooth. I'm coming back for certain!

What a beautiful property! Great home away from home. The house was immaculate and well stocked. My family and I had a great stay, it was hard to leave. A+ host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!
