location was convenient, close to shopping and frails.

Perfect location. Did not have to fight traffic in uptown Sedona every day. Just some minor complaints. Shower on main floor had a shower curtain that was way too long and a tripping hazard. There was only one hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner provided was not enough for longer stays.

Everything at was as stated. Very nice house in a great location. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions.

Property was as described. Clean, everything worked, quiet neighborhood minus a little construction noise on nearby houses. No problems. Lots of dishes and appliances in the kitchen! Lots of extra blankets which was nice due to the cooler temps during our stay. Extra towels. Overall great!

Does not have a red rock view, but the house is lovely and very close to everything needed. Excellent hiking right down the street, and no crowds.

This home was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Everything was clean, had lots of hot water, had a filter for drinking water and had everything we needed. It was an excellent location for getting around Sedona and we especially liked having a garage for our vehicle. Had great communication with the rental agency. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

As older travelers, we appreciate the opportunity to stay in a home, complete with comfortable furniture, nice appointments and ample amenities. This home was easy driving distance from everything we wanted to see and do in Sedona yet removed from the most heavily traveled tourist areas. We found this property exactly as shown/described.

We stayed for a family vacation and it was a nice place. Clean, lots of room and a great location!

Over all a wonderful property.My wife and kids felt the beds could use replacing, but a good value nonetheless.

The house was great. Clean, great space, very convenient to so many things and quiet. Our only minor issue was we sometimes did not get super hot water for showers. We would stay here again.

My family and i had a wonderful time at the property during our stay at Sedona. The location was very convenient, close to major trailheads as well as shopping locations. The kitchen was very well socked with a variety of appliances which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals more often. Overall we highly recommend this location.

The home was just as listed. Great location and easy check-in/out process. Was nice to have the garage for our vehicle. We should have brought our bikes as there are alot of restaurants nearby that could have been fun to bike to.

Great time for my granddaughters and I to bond and make amazing memories. I turned 70 this year and they both graduated so we took a family adventure together. Thank you so much

Our group of friends has traveled extensively, always staying in highly recommended homes. This house will be counted among the most convenient, best located, prettiest, cleanest, and most reasonably priced homes we have enjoyed. Thanks to the owner for sharing with us!
