The main floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan with all the upgraded amenities in the kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for nice family meals, with three supermarkets available within 5 miles; you can stock up on your way in for you may never want to leave!
Two families will have lots of space to sleep here as there are 5 well accommodating bedrooms. See configuration below. The back yard is perfect for a peaceful mountain air refresher or a perfect place in the winter for the kids and adults to play in the snow.

Location:
You can access the bike trail and ride to Tahoma or to Tahoe City and then along the river to Palisades. You are also just minutes to spectacular views from the top of Eagle Rock, a very short and easy hike for most. You are only a few minutes by car to Sunnyside Restaurant, Firesign Cafe and bike rental shops.
Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance
Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed. It may be put away for the winter. Propane is not provided in winter months due to limited access.
* There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe,
and fans are available for use.
*Minimum Renter Age Requirement: 25 years

*Occupancy: Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes.

This is a terrific rental home on the west side of Tahoe. It's an easy drive to Tahoe City and Truckee, while also feeling removed from any sort of bustle. The house is massive and more beautiful than the photos suggest. We loved the comfortable beds, great TV, enormous and well-appointed kitchen, and ample outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
This large home is very well appointed and well kept, and was the perfect central location for activities across the north, west, and south shores.
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is huge and beautiful! This home is meant for wonderful family reunions and get togethers with a spacious and well equipped kitchen and lovely back yard for all to hang out in while the kiddos gallop around. Great west shore location -- quiet and near good beach. There is ample parking and every little part of the house is well maintained.
