The home's exclusive location within Vanderhorst Plantation beyond the second security gate assures serene relaxation. The neighborhood's popularity is accentuated by its proximity to desirable amenities including the Resort restaurants, Turtle Point golf course, Roy Barth Tennis Center, Night Heron Park/The Nest café, but most notably the home is a 4 minute bike ride/ 10 minute walk along a beautiful tree-canopied path (known as the Allee of the Oaks) directly to the beach access. Lagoon and golf course views extend across the borders of the sweeping back lawn, seamlessly integrating the coastal foliage of the Island into the exterior design.

This airy property has an abundance of light through the skylights and windows throughout. The highlight of this luxurious home is its beautifully redone kitchen with modern, high end appliances (Wolf and SubZero). There is plenty of room for your crew to spread out in the living areas and the spacious bedrooms. The back deck takes full advantage of the lush lagoon views, perfect for wildlife viewing, grilling on the gas grill, or relaxing.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

No smoking, no pets, fireplace, piano, and garage access are NOT available for guest use. Ring doorbell camera. There is a crib and pack n play available for guest use as well as a high chair.

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our sixth trip to Kiawah. We typically stay on beach front but decided to try a golf course home. I absolutely love this home. The layout is perfect, high end appliances and a very quiet and secluded feel. Rear view is of Turtle Point #6 tee box and it is a quick 5 minute bike ride down trail to beach boardwalk. When I purchase a home in this area, I would want it to be this one’s sister. ESPM is terrific to work with and have already booked this same unit for our trip back for spring break.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful and spacious house, beautifully remodeled. All the kitchen and baths are new. Close to the bike path (5 min to the beach biking, 15 min walking).Unfortunately, AC and heat water units are next to master bedroom. Because of the golf course, there is maintenance machines running nearby every morning.

It accommodated us perfectly and provided the best scenery for a beautiful birthday dinner and Easter brunch. The house is very well appointed and clean. There is nothing we would have wanted to change. Hopefully we will be able to return someday!

The house is just as described and features plenty of room for a large family. We enjoyed the back deck looking over the golf course and seeing the alligator in the pond additionally, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and the gas grill worked perfectly. We would recommend this house for any large family coming down to visit the island.
