This spacious property is a stunning, freshly renovated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Kiawah beach house just down the street from access to miles of beaches and steps to Kiawah Island’s world-class golf. This charming home features beautiful views of Turtle Point Golf Course from its prime location in the Vanderhorst Plantation

This perfect island vacation home is laid out over two levels with 2,650 sq feet of living space comfortably accommodating up to7 guests. The first floor of this home has two living areas with ample seating and TVs in both rooms. The screen porch off of the back living room has beautiful views of the Turtle Point Golf Course. The kitchen is well stocked so you can enjoy all of your meals cooked at home if you prefer. A large refrigerator, a free-standing ice maker, gas range and a farmhouse style sink make this kitchen top notch. Right off the kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for 7. The primary suite is on this level with a king bed and private bathroom. There is an additional twin bed located in the room off the living room. This space has a door that leads to a small porch with views of the golf course.

The second level of the home offers two additional king bedrooms with private bathrooms. If you’re looking for a quiet corner to tuck away and read a book, there is a reading nook located at the top of the stairs right outside of one of the bedrooms on the second floor.

The Vanderhorst Plantation is a private paradise nestled between East Beach Village and Ocean Park on Kiawah Island. This tranquil plantation boasts maritime forests, marshlands and lagoons, beautiful stretches of beaches and an abundance of wildlife away from the crowds for a true barrier island getaway.

You’re perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Kiawah Island’s championship golf only minutes away at the pristine Osprey Point Golf Course and Peter Dye’s Ocean Course, or a short drive away from Turtle Point or Cougar Point Golf Course. Vanderhorst Plantation is only 4 miles from the top attractions of East Beach Village including Night Heron Park, Kiawah Nature Center, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and luxury dining and shopping at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.

Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). No smoking and no pets allowed.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the house itself was undeniably beautiful with stunning design and amenities, our experience was severely marred by a significant issue: mold. The bathroom ceilings showed clear signs of water damage and mold issue, which had simply been painted over with white paint rather than properly addressed. This was particularly problematic for some members of our group who have mold allergies, making it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably throughout our stay.Given the premium price we paid for this property, I expected maintenance—issues like this should not exist in a high-end rental. It's disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property until the mold is fully remediated.
