-----Things to Note-----
1. Must be 25 to book.
2. The front room fireplace is nonoperational. It is decorative only.
3. The owner requires an additional screening form after booking this home.
4. Property does not allow any animals due to severe owner allergies.
5. The cabin is heated with propane wall units and the fireplace isn't needed.
6. In the woodland setting, temperatures are typically comfortable without A/C, but a window unit is provided in the living room during warmer months (June to August). It cools the living area, kitchen, and partially the bedrooms from noon to 6/7 pm. Evenings are cool enough to open windows for natural ventilation, and to retain cold air, windows are closed mid-morning. If temperatures stay below 90°F, the window A/C may not be needed.
7. Please ensure doors and windows without screens are closed to prevent wildlife and bugs from entering. Keep food sealed and surfaces clean to deter pests. Regular pest control treatments are in place to maintain a pest-free environment.
Suited requirements, all the necessary equipment for a good stay
Very clean and perfectly equipped cabin in a great location, close to Prescott and even closer to all of the outdoor activities the area has to offer. Was able to work remotely for part of our stay and really appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and dedicated workspace. Would absolutely stay again!
Everything was clean and as advertised
We enjoyed the property and the support by the hosts was absolutely fantastic. I definitely would recommend this property.
