New Listing - Centrally located Beaufort home

Location was very convenient and only a 3 minute drive down Bay St. to downtown Beaufort.The home was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and comfortable space for 5 of us ladies for our bi-annual girl's weekend. There were 5 of us ladies so two of us had to share the King bed downstairs, two in the double bedroom, and one in the queen bedroom. Three of us shared the full bath upstairs, as well. We're used to sharing so this wasn't an issue at all for us. The beds were all comfortable and bathrooms ( 2 1/2) were nice and in great working order. Kitchen was minimally stocked but we didn't really need a lot since we ate out most of the time. But if you planned on cooking there, might bring some of your own knives and more dish towels (we were provided with only 1 for our stay). Communication from Tidewatch was superior; personable and genuinely interested in our satisfaction with everything! I'd definitely stay here again, recommend to anyone else, and use Tidewatch for future visits, as well.

A beautiful and cozy home. Home was updated to all new amenities. I especially loved the room with the double beds.

Everything was very nice! We gave it 5 star, but would have given 4 1/2. The only issue personally was not enough towels.

We had high hopes for this home and while it wasn’t completely terrible, there were a couple things that swayed me to the 2 star rating. First of all the bed in the master bedroom was completely jacked up. It was like you were laying downhill with your blood rushing down to your head. I looked everywhere to try to find something to prop up the mattress but wasn’t able to find anything. We ended up laying with our head at the foot of the bed and was able to sleep good enough. So the bed needs to be fixed. The next thing is upstairs we woke up to numerous black small roach looking bugs crawling around and then scattering when we went upstairs to check on our little one. I messaged the host and they did offer to get someone to come spray insecticide, but with an infant in the home we don’t feel comfortable doing this. We ended up checking out a day early and drove 6 hours home because we didn’t want to chance the bugs getting in our stuff.

Perfect location

Very nice and comfortable house. Quiet neighborhood and we even got to see deer come into the yard one night. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was nice about the place. The house was pleasing to stay at. We would had like so more shampoo, soap and towels. Overall still great.

This house was in walking distance to the Gullah festival but far enough away to not hear any of the noise from the festivities. It was clean, spacious enough for our family to not be on top of each other, and well stocked with the amenities needed for a home away from home. We came in for a wedding and to attend the Gullah festival. This location was prime for both occasions. The only reason I gave 4 stars for communicating with the host is because we asked if we could drop our luggage off a few hours early so we can head to the festival. The host was supposed to reach back out to us to let us know when the cleaners were gone, since we were advised to not take our belongings there before the cleaners finished. Needless to say, we arrived at regular check-in time (4 pm) with no update from the host. Not a deal breaker, but it would have been nice to hear something.

The accommodations were as described and a perfect setting for four women to celebrate and give gratitude for long term friendships. Easy access to downtown Beaufort and surrounding area. House was clean and had all amenities needed. We would stay again!!

This property in Beaufort was really nice. It was clean, very spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard is fenced, there is a grill, and nice trees. Lots of birds singing all day long. It was really quaint. There is a nice front porch with rocking chairs. Perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee.The location was wonderful. Just a few minutes from Bay St. where all the shopping is and a beautiful harbor with boats and a bunch of porch swings. The sunset was majestic and there were always dolphins to see.My only complaint was the master bedroom was always warm. The notebook rules advised to not turn the air conditioner lower than 72, but the house would get warm. There are ceiling fans throughout so it wasn’t uncomfortable except in the master bedroom. I had to go get a small fan. We kept all the blinds shut and the ceiling fan on. But there is only one floor air vent in the whole room, so I think that’s the culprit. I’m still happy that we stayed there and I recommend the property, but I would be a little concerned of how hot it would be in the summer.I specifically booked this home because it said no pets. However, when we arrived there is a chalkboard where guests can leave messages and one guest signed that they had a dog. I have severe allergies so I took meds as a precaution. I think if pets can come for a fee then that needs to be advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. This house is located in the perfect area! We brought our bikes for the Spanish Moss Trail which is located very close, and it’s within biking distance to downtown. We will definitely book this house again in the future.

First it was CLEAN! Second the location was perfect. So close to everything we got to do. The beds were awesome comfortable as well as all furniture. The bedroom set up was great for our group of 5 friends. It was a quiet area.

This is a beautiful property and centrally located in town. It was unseasonable cold, but we had all the comforts of home including lots of blankets. This is perfect home for a friend or family get away.

Our stay could not have been better! This precious house was like new inside and so clean! I highly recommend this house and would like to stay again if visiting Beaufort. We had no disappointments.

Gorgeous home that has been fully redone! Easy 15 minute drive to Parris Island - we rented this home to stay during the week of our son’s USMC boot camp graduation. The house was meticulously clean! Everything was thought of! We will definitely be back to stay!

House looked like the pictures, spotless..nice lighting..lots of dishes and flatweare..nice decorating. Very convenient to visit near by areas.

Lovely clean charming little house. The only suggestion would be to provide a little more hand/ shower soap. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and it was conveniently located near the base where my son was graduating from boot camp. We came down to spend the weekend! We own a house in the area and needed a little extra room for the weekend, and this was perfect! It’s spotless and so comfortable! Love the house!
