Stayed Sep 5, 2024Property was amazing, fast communication. Just be aware that the bbq is briquettes. We tried to find out so we could grab some at the store before going. if it was gas or not. It was not listed. The property mgt said unfortunately it did not have one. There is a small one in the garage however. There are also essentials left behind like coffee filters. However there was only one roll of TP in each bathroom. Also, there are no restaurants near by within walking distance. It is a very nice house and the neighbors were very nice and gave us recommendations for places to eat. Upstairs is a jack and Jill bathroom so the masters share. There is a full bathroom with a shower downstairs.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025Very friendly and attentive staff. Check in was seamless. Location was ideal and we loved the view. House was very clean but we did spot roaches in the kitchen and up stairs during the stay along with black mold in the washer. We're not clean freaks but we do like clean stays and this would have been a deal breaker had we known ahead. Overall, stay was good and we enjoyed the area as much as we enjoyed the house. As long as those two things were addressed I would definitely recommend this stay. We would also stay again.

Stayed Nov 20, 2024Our stay was very enjoyable. Our only slight issues were: we found the front door keypad was not very user friendly. Also the ice maker stopped working, we called on a Tuesday and checked out on Sunday, still no ice. The view was very relaxing and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for sharing your condo.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024We had a group of 5 adults stay here to attend the Pensacola Homecoming Airshow. The location was excellent for going to the airshow, as we were close and didn't have to wait in miles-long traffic. It's close enough to amenities around the Perdido Key, Orange Beach, and Pensacola areas. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive. Fishing from the docks was excellent! We didn't bring poles, but buying cheap poles and lures/bait at the nearby Walmart was enough for some good fishing action, especially late into the evening at the end of the lighted dock. We left the poles behind for future guests to enjoy! Beds were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We had an amazing stay, it was the perfect location if you didnt want to be in the a super tourist place but wanted quiet. But it was a short drive to everything orange beach was 23 min drive and pensacola was 25min drive. It was great to watch the boats coming and going

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Absolutely awesome location and a memorable experience. We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Waking up to the morning view was a high light. Fishing from the docks at the marina will be something we talk about for years. One hundred percent will rent this place again the next time we take a trip to the gulf.
