We had a wonderful restful family time at the lake.

This was our first time to stay in the Crane Hill area. We had an amazing time! We had 3 families in total staying and had plenty of space to spread out. If you’re wondering if you should pack any pans, don’t - this house may have the best pots and pans than we’ve ever stayed in! We had a great time just hanging out on the lake - be prepared, the 135ish steps will keep you healthy. Ha! We loved the accessibility of the kayaks; the kids really enjoyed them. And we loved being off the main channel so that we weren’t in the direct wake zone. You won’t regret staying here. Also, the owners were amazing! We had a bed that had a broken boxspring, and they were quick to get it replaced. Additionally, they were quick to bring us some extra washcloths. My ONLY complaint is that I definitely think they should leave two towels per person and 2-3 washcloths per person. We had to wash a ton…but it wasn’t the end of the world for sure. And it sure didn’t damper the fun!

This was an excellent property for a weekend at the lake. It was very clean and well equipped with plenty of parking. The dock was in excellent condition as well with a nice place to park a boat or wave runner, kayaks, plenty of lounge chairs, and a couple of fun floats/mats for the family to enjoy. The nicest dock of all the places I have stayed before. Easy check in and out, and the manager/owner were very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

The home was everything we could have asked for. We had the best time spending time on the water all day and family fun game nights in the evenings. Thank you so much. We are already planning for next summer.

We loved staying here! There were five couples and plenty of room to spread out. The house is also well equipped with kayaks, swim pad, two refrigerators, life vests, games, and a great stocked kitchen. I also loved that they left plenty of dishwasher and laundry detergent! We rented a boat and the dock was perfect for it. We stayed out on the dock for most of the day too. The kids loved swimming. The property is nestled in a cove so away from major lake traffic. I highly recommend staying here!

I rented this house for a company day at the lake for my team. The house itself was beautiful. It had everything we needed and then some just like its pictured! We spent most of our time on the dock, swimming, floating and jumping from the high dive. The kids had a blast. I rented jet ski's (through a separate person) and they were also a hit! Only complaint I have was the walk back up to the house from the dock. It's a doozie! But definitely worth it! Communicating with the host was super easy! Highly recommend this house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views of the lake. Everything as described and pics are accurate. I did have to sweep and mop the basement floors when we arrived. There were dead bugs and floors were sticky. The kitchen was smaller than anticipated but very well stocked! The upper “fishing themed” bedroom mattress was uncomfortable for adults and squeaked when turning, could use a new firmer mattress. It sunk down to the bedframe when sitting on side of the bed. Might be perfect for young kids though. It’s alot of stairs to and from the dock, but they have benches along the way to sit down if needed. We really enjoyed the lily pad, and jumping off of platform. Grilling was nice while overlooking the lake, shade from the beautiful trees. Mornings were so peaceful sitting on the back deck, drinking coffee and listening to the birds. I highly recommend Smith Boating Adventures for boat rentals! They were awesome. Overall great experience.
