New Listing! Beautiful Home - South Padre Island Golf Course

My friends and I go on a yearly trip to the area. We typically stay on SPI, but the proximity of this property to the event we attend is amazing. The neighborhood is gated and secure. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Everyone was really pleased with the arrangements. Divots Bar and Grill is a hidden gem.

Roomy. Quiet.

Very clean house. Lots of room. Wish could have parked in garage . Also the game room could not be found. Guess was locked. ???Otherwise great place. Suggestion: owner should type up list of check out items and post in a notebook or on a bulletin board.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laguna vista. The home was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet.

In area for granddaughter’s high school graduation . This large, comfortable home provided us with relaxing space to gather between planned events and celebrations! Really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to details that allowed us some cool, quiet times between all the festivities. Everything needed to make it feel like home was provided. Very nice!

Great house, great host, great location and property! Our family has enjoyed staying here while visiting local family for Easter for the last two years. Always clean, always pleasant experience. Will stay again, I’m sure!

House meets the description. Is in a very secure gated community on the golf course that is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed in several rentals in the Port Isabel area over the years. This was the best one so far! Very clean, comfortable, well stocked, nice & quiet neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed for two days and the house was excellent. Very pleased.

This home was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. One of the restrooms was handicap accessible, this was very nice. We had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place.

Location was easy to get to...access to Port Isabel was great and the restaurants and attractions were very easy to traveling. Great eating places and a variety of foods for everyone.
