Welcome to our piece of paradise!! Centrally situated in the heart of North Captiva Island, you’ll find our beautiful and cozy 2/2 (with pool) coastal retreat, perfect for couples or a small family of 4. Located just steps from the beautiful beaches overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll witness serenity at its best, relaxing beach walks and breathtaking sunsets along the beach. So come & relax, grab a cocktail or wine and soak up the sun. Island life awaits…
Getting to us:
From Pine Island, FL, you'll need to catch a ferry, boat or small aircraft to North Captiva. Easy daily ferry services are available for a nominal fee. You’ll be in North Captiva Island within 25 minutes, leaving behind all worries!! There are no cars in the island; getting around is only accessible with our golf cart, walking or biking. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our property manager who will take you and your family (along with all your belongings) for a brief island tour then to your home away from home. It is suggested that groceries be brought with you. However, for your convenience, you may also order ahead of time and groceries may be delivered directly to the house. All details will be provided by our property management team upon booking.
House amenities:
This home away from home has everything you'll need for a great vacation. As soon as you arrive, you’ll witness the private pool that was recently added to the property. It features chairs and loungers for your entertainment and relaxation during your stay. The house is surrounded with many plants for added privacy. It comes with one golf cart so you may tour this beautiful island. As an added bonus, it has two levels with one staircase that allows for easy access to the entire house.
The ground level has a gas grill and picnic table for a family get together. The main level has a screened porch with various sitting options where you may enjoy your morning coffee and listen to birds sing while relaxing in solitude and recharge your mind and soul.
The master bedroom with its sliding doors leads to the deck area. It has a king size bed, private bathroom, dresser, and a flat panel TV. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with its own private bathroom with shower and a 5-drawer chest (no closet space). The master bedroom has blackout shades for a perfect night's sleep.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare your meals (pots, pans, cutlery, and tableware). A crock-pot and rice cooker are also available. The dining area sits 4 guests. A breakfast counter sits 4 comfortably as well. The kitchen features new refrigerator and stove. The cozy living room has a 65” Flat Panel TV with YouTube TV, Netflix service , a very comfortable couch, two separate seats and a coffee table. There are multiple board games available for your enjoyment. A new front load washer and dryer is also available in the hallway. The property has StarLink high speed WiFi.
On the main level you’ll also find a spiral staircase that leads up to a roof deck. Enjoy the panoramic view of the island, catch some rays, meditate, count the millions of stars at night or simply relax after your day at the beach.
Included with your stay, is the use of our own bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. We are no longer club members because the house has its own amenities.

While most people come to enjoy the island for its serenity and pristine beaches, North Captiva has plenty to offer. Some of the most popular activities are: Swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, biking, nature walks along the preserve, island hopping, great photography (for the best sunsets) or experience the best shelling. Enjoy the sea, sand and sunshine at your leisure!
From the house, you can conveniently walk or bike to the main dock/marina where you’ll find a small convenience/grocery store, restaurants, bar, and gift shop. Boats and Fun also offers daily private excursions as well as boat, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing rods rentals. North Captiva Island is famous for its fishing so do not miss an opportunity for a great catch.

This is a smoke-free house! We require a minimum 5-night stay with 4 guests maximum per stay.

This property is perfect for 4 people. Is just as listed. Location is awesome, minutes from beach. Pool is a huge plus for days you dont want the beach and evening swims.. Golf carts and bikes for use. Plenty of beach chairs, towels etc. House has all you need. Pots, pans, soaps, towels, ice maker, tv, internet. They have it all! House managers answered all questions, helped with groceries etc. Will definitely rent again!!!

My husband and I enjoyed staying in Nuria's home. It was very comfortable and the size was perfect for us. I appreciated having the option of grocery delivery. Relaxing on the near deserted beaches was just what we needed. Diane

The house was perfect for my husband and I. There is some prep work (buyig groceries, scheduling ferry ride) but it was easy enough and I suggest you do your homework. Our trip was seemless- I used Pine Island Taxi and Limo, Island Girl Charters, and Debbie from Fresh Pick (that did our grocery shopping). All were excellent and I cant say enough great things about them! The property manager Lori met us at the dock and helped us get into the house. The house was clean and had everything you needed to cook and do laundry. Nuria was quick to respond to anything and she was great with finding solutions. There was a missing blowdryer and I had one the next day. I would rent again! Thank you Nuria!

this place was perfect for just two of us. there were plenty of beach towels and regular towels, as well as beach chairs and accessories. the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed like blenders, pots, pans, and pool cups. we loved the pool on days when the ocean was too rough or seaweedy. it’s in a great location to be able to quickly get to the beach! will def stay again

This property was amazing !! We had everything and anything you could think of that u might need for our week already at the house which was great so u don't half to pack as much to take across on the ferry ! The house was impeccable and very comfortable. The property managers were very helpful !! Will be looking forward to booking this property again I can't say enough about it, it was everything and more !

The property was great. The owners were really responsive although the property manager wasn’t. The house was in a great location. There was a lot of construction going on, understandably, given the recent hurricane. The house had everything you would need including lots of beach gear. The beaches were beautiful. I would definitely stay at this property again. Very relaxing stay.

The property is fantastic. It's a get away from all of the stress and business of regular life. Relax by the pool, go shelling, and even see lots manatees!! This is our second time and we'll be back!!

It was an absolutely wonderful vacation, completely relaxing in a beautiful home on the greatest island. The management company was very helpful but Nuria and Alex were the best!!! Perfect getaway for a couple or small family.
