New Listing Awesome 4 bed/3bath home just 1 mile from Beach

The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The heated pool and area around the pool was inviting. Plenty of pool toys, chairs and loungers. The enclosed porch with grill was perfect. The hosts were very attentive to any questions or concerns. Thank you Kevin and Denise. We had a delightful stay.

Place was perfect for our golf getaway

This house is in a perfect location. Close to shopping, Near the expressway. Close to the Beach, nice neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, the screened porch is nice. The downside is that most of the interior furniture appears to have come from thrift stores. The pool area has so much foliage growing close to the pool that the shedding from the plants is a nuisance. the house trim adjacent to the pool area needs painted making the area look shabby. I would stay there again because of the location. But for the price relatively small updates are needed.

Gino/Kevin’s house in Deerfield Beach has lots of room for 5 guys for a 10 day stay, pool was amazing (Kevin had the temperature set perfect). Check-in was a breeze and Kevin only a phone call away if needed (and he wasn’t). Have rented before from Gino/Kevin and will definitely use them again without hesitation.

This place was perfect for four golfers. Lots of great courses nearby. After playing all day a great place to come back to and grill up some food and enjoy some drinks out back

Me, my husband, my sister and all of our adult kids (a group of 9) stayed at this amazing house for 4 days. The host is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. While communication was perfect, I never needed him because he thought of EVERYTHING. From bikes to blow dryers, a million towels to everything you could possibly think of for a kitchen, to the most comfortable mattresses and quality bedding, to gas for the grill and shampoo, there was nothing this host didn’t think of. The house was spotless, the pool was awesome and there was privacy galore. Plenty of room, beds and bathrooms for 9 adults. I could not think of a single thing that would have made this rental better. Do not hesitate if you need a place in the south Florida area because this house is also centrally located. Loved it!

Bedrooms were nice. The one bedroom with three single beds worked well for bedding kids. Children really enjoyed the pool We also enjoyed the outdoor screened in porch with ping pong table and outdoor table perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

The kids had a ball with the pool and pool table. Loved all the pool accessories. House was well maintained. Plenty of room. Great location. Would stay again!! Thank you for making this a great trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. House was clean and for us a good location. House was supplied with almost everything needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Cobwebs and several caterpillars in master bedroom. Several things were broken. Was supposed to meet at house which never happened and then was told he would leave 2nd set of keys in mailbox which never happened either. Lots of ele trical outlets did not work. Was disappointed but was not at house that much

We had a wonderful time at this property and would stay again the pool and pool table were a big hit! It was close to stores and food.
