Stayed Jun 2, 2025The location was great and within walking distance to many different places. Easy check in and out and Santo was very responsive. The outdoor patio was an enjoyable place to sit and listen to the sounds of the city.

Very quaint and has quirky vibe with a back deck and a patio area...the Boston rain prevented us from getting the most out of the outside part, but we will return.Maybe most important, our host was very interested in getting our genuine feedback to make the most for his guests.M.

Stayed May 1, 2025We loved staying here. Extremely walkable to either Fenway for a game or downtown. We brought our dog and he loved the stay too! So many small parks around to walk to and the neighborhood had so many places to eat and small shops. So convenient!! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025A small one bedrooom basement of a brownstone in East Boston. Close to so much / and a great neighborhood. Safe. Friendly. Easy walk to everywhere. Amenities are light. Bring your own if staying longer than a night.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024We had a wonderful stay in south end! The apartment was clean and well put together. We spent most of our time out of the unit so we cannot speak to the kitchen or living area as we were exploring, but the bed was comfortable and the outdoor living space was very enjoyable with a cup of coffee! The area was quiet and we did not ever bump in to anyone else coming or going. The local area was wonderful and we really enjoyed the Buttery for a quick breakfast and exploring shops nearby! Santo was a lovely host and very communicative when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing to be aware of is the stairs to get down to the unit are a little steep but we found that to be a Boston thing but for anyone with bad knees it may be something to think about. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Nothing beats this amazing location! Small basement unit but safe and cozy and love the outdoor area. We had a wonderful time and could walk to everything in the south end and back bay. Big fans!
