Enjoy ever-changing Loagy Bay views from the main living area, loft, second floor bedroom, screen porch and deck. Just a quick walk or bike ride to the Lt. Island Bridge and Lieutenant Island. Wonderful area to takein the Cape's beautiful flora and fauna. Birdwatchers, don't forget to pack your binoculars!

Enter an open main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). The living room has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan and is open to the second floor loft above. Just off the living room is the dining area with French doors to the screen porch. The nicely equipped kitchen is next to the dining area.

Down the hall from the main living area is a conveniently located laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, a bathroom with tub/shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the other bedroom has a twin bed.

An open staircase from the main living area leads to the second floor hall and open loft. The loft has a futon, chair and day bed (twin for additional sleep space). There is a flat screen TV with cable in the loft. There is a second bathroom on this floor with shower. The roomy primary bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area with loveseat.

Air conditioning: There are three window air conditioners, one in the living room, one in the first floor bedroom with the queen and twin and one in the second floor bedroom with queen.

Relax and unwind on the screen porch with table, benches and additional seating. A wonderful bug-free spot for meals and beautiful sunsets.

Just off of the screen porch is a small deck with two Adirondack chairs and a lounger--more wonderful Loagy Bay views and sunsets.

There is a backyard, a charcoal grill and an enclosed outdoor shower at the side of the house.

A shortcut through the bramble at the edge of the yard leads to Lt. Island Road. The Lt. Island Bridge is about 700 feet from the house. Drop your kayak in the water at high tide, walk or bike over to Lieutenant Island at low tide.

Close to Lieutenant Island, the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking and walking path, Marconi Beach at the Cape Cod National Seashore and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. After a day at the beach, biking or hiking Wellfleet's lush trails, take a short drive to the center of Wellfleet for the art galleries, eclectic shops and amazing dining. Take in a show at WHAT, the Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theatre or head in to Truro or Provincetown for even more entertainment and dining.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
