The Space

Our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom backyard home is designed for comfort and easy living:

• Bedroom #1: Comfortable king bed, closet space, work space and Smart TV for relaxing nights in. Backyard view from bed


• Bedroom #2: two cozy full-size beds with closet and a TV


• Bedroom #3: spacious room with two full beds with closet space and a TV

• Living Room: Comfortable cinema sleeper couch with Smart TV and entertainment space perfect for relaxing after a long day

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay

House Rules & Important Notes
To help us maintain a clean, peaceful, and enjoyable space for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:
• No smoking of any kind inside or outside the property


• No parties, events, or large gatherings


• No unregistered or overnight guests beyond your reservation


• No pets allowed


• Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM


• Please do not move furniture or unplug electronics


• No mail deliveries to the property


• Check-in: 4 PM – 10 PM


• Check-out: 10 AM

Breaking any of these rules may result in cancellation of your stay and loss of your security deposit.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so we appreciate your mindfulness and respect for our neighbors. These guidelines help us maintain a peaceful environment and a wonderful experience for everyone who stays here.

Early check-in (before 4 PM): $35/hour, subject to availability
Late check-out (after 10 AM): $45/hour, subject to availability
Requests must be approved in advance.
