New-Keeneland-Airport Honey!

Can't say enough positive things about our stay! House was perfect! Kitchen, laundry area, and linen closet had everything you could want. Loved having a garage large enough to fit our daughter's F150 in it. It's close to everything (airport, grocery store, University of Kentucky) and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Owner was an excellent communicator and ensured that we had all that we needed. Love the floorplan of the home which provided enough space for togetherness and also allowed us to enjoy individual R&R. And the private backyard was beautiful! We enjoyed our morning coffee outside watching the cardinals fly by and the bunnies hop through the grass. Would definitely stay here again (and even offered to buy the place!) Thank you for your hospitality! :-)

Listing is as described. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Very close access to grocery and to main roads. Beds were comfortable. Everything smelled and looked clean. Would recommend to others!

Mirror in all rooms would be nice. Did not have facial tissues in bathroom. Make note of lack of televisions in each room, this did not both the people in our group, but noticed and it different from other places we have stayed in the past.

This property was perfect for our family while visiting Lexington. It is a beautifully decorated space with high quality bedding. Better than a luxury hotel downtown. We will definitely book again!

Great little duplex that is convenient to all the things Lexington has to offer. Easy drives to Keeneland, University of Kentucky, and City Center just to name a few. The duplex is located in a safe neighborhood and close to all types of restaurants and shopping.

We had a great stay here in Lexington. Close to many attractions/distilleries and a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean property with comfortable beds and nice kitchen supplies. Only complaint is the house could be a tad cleaner. There was some dusty areas and some crumbs in the great room. This would not keep me from staying here, just need a little extra attention to details by the cleaning crew.

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay for the NCAA Men's basketball tournament. GREAT location, very safe, very quite and close to tons of places to eat and shop. Would definitely recommend this for your stay in the Lexington, KY area.

The home is beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked, and so comfortable! Owner was very responsive - excellent communication. We struggled a little with Roku (we’re old!) but finally figured out how to get NBC live to watch the SNL 50th Anniversary Show, lol.

The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked. And the location is so convenient to the airport, Keeneland, UK, shopping and dining. And the host is great! We visit Lexington a couple times a year and this is one we’ll definitely want to stay in again.

Very nice place and clean! Comfortable furniture and bed with plenty of towels. Nice to see good silverware and matching dishes to use. We enjoyed the back yard and access to the church property through the back yard. We would stay again when on another Bourbon tour. If there was anything negative it would be the smell of the garbage can in the garage and in the closet. Easy fix to clean and deodorize for the next guest I'm sure. Don't pass this place up if you need to stay in the Lexington area!
