Around 8 miles from the stadium, about a 15-minute drive. Transit takes 51–55 minutes.



Our home offers convenient access to public transportation and major roads, making it easy to explore Seattle and beyond. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away, providing direct routes to downtown Seattle and other key areas. If you're driving, you'll appreciate the easy access to major highways. Other Things to Note:

1- The hot water tank is a smaller size. If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water.

2-The house has a lower ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) that may be occupied from time to time. There is NO direct access from inside the upstairs unit.

3-Guests will climb a set of stairs from the street level to the house.

4-It is 2-story unit. Three main bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, one Office or bedroom on the first floor.

5-Free parking is on the street. Garage is owner access only.

    Owners thoughtfully left many conveniences that allow your grocery bill to be lower! Tea, coffee, creamer, sugar. Shampoo, crème rinse, body wash in all showers. A hair dryer in master. Extra TP and paper towels, and trash bags. Also left washer detergent for dishes and clothes.

    The property was well maintained very spacious and included most of the amenities needed. Seven of us stayed for a week and had plenty of room. The immediate neighborhood was ok but just a few blocks a way there was evidence of open prostitution. The tv is in such a position that there is glare from kitchen and bar lights in the evening and glare from dining room windows during the day. Also a problem of having to be pretty quiet from 10pm to 7am. Which can be a little difficult with 7 people and several local family visiting. All in all though, this is a very nice unit. Particularly for guests who are going to be out and about a lot and not spending long periods in the unit. Bedrooms were all comfortable and nice sized. Kitchen pretty well equipped. The negatives listed here are for helpful info for the owners and meant for their edification. Finally it is well positioned for people who want to visit local attractions. Most attractions are fairly close and relatively easy to get to.

    House is a new build in an older neighborhood. Couple a blocks from the E Line which can get you downtown in about 25 minutes. Walkable from the greenwood neighborhood which we ended most nights in before heading back to the house. This is a duplex unit with folks possibly staying below you and the house is not sound proof. Just something to be aware of. Very clean, comfortable beds, big kitchen. Worked out great for us.

    Beautiful property! Everything you could possibly ask for. And property management team great. They don’t even ask you to do your laundry like other companies. Highly recommend this property AND VRBO!
