Cycle and pedestrian forest track at 50m. Town center at 500 m and cinema at 400 m. House on a plot of 530m2 fully fenced with indoor parking. Large living / dining room with smart TV connected to a large 4K screen., 8-seater dining room with 8 chairs, 3-seater sofa with coffee table. American kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and all kitchen utensils. Back kitchen with washing machine and various storage spaces. Two bedrooms on wooden floors equipped with large sliding cupboards and 140 cm bed for 2 people. Cot and baby bath. Air conditioning in all rooms. Wc suspended in an independent room. Separate shower room with Italian shower and fully equipped bathroom cabinet with thermostatic taps with infrared cell, heated towel rail. Two south and west terraces each equipped with garden furniture, chairs and 3 sun loungers. Barbecue. Beach umbrella. Garden shed for bikes with possible provision of 2 bikes.
