Welcoming, friendly phone call from the host before check in! Home was clean and located close to shops and Christmas lights at Patti’s Settlement! Enjoyed our visit!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The Lake House was the perfect amount of space and very well kept! Close to the Marina and town. Host was very helpful.

The house was very spacious for our family. Lots of sleeping space and bathrooms. Ping pong table to entertain the young and old adults!! We grilled out every night on the very large back deck. I’m an early bird so o went out on the front porch to read before everyone got up. Green Turtle Bay boat ramp and marina is just two minutes away. You will be very happy to rent this house!!!

We were very pleased with our experience at the Lake House. It’s a beautiful, clean, and roomy home. It was very comfortable for our family of 13. We'd be happy to stay there again if the opportunity arises.

My coworkers and I stayed here during a work trip. It was a great location, the property was fantastic, very roomy and very clean. Owners were great with communication. Kitchen stocked with lots of stuff. I stayed in the master and the bed was super comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at The Lake House very much. The location is close to Patti’s, antique shops and a grocery store. The home is spacious and well maintained. The decks and screened in area are such a bonus.

We had a great time. A weekend was a short time to spend together but the house was huge and we spread out to enjoy games, visiting, eating, watching family videos on tv. The beds and linens were so comfortable, plus the furniture was comfortable and the furnishings were attractive. The outdoor area and s Renee porch would have been great to use but the weather was cold, rainy and the last morning it snowed. The huge deck across the back of the house provided great bird watching and viewing a beautiful wildlife area. We would love to return during warmer weather.

The house could not have been any better! Very clean and comfortable and everything we needed! We were there to celebrate a milestone family birthday and ended up mostly being indoors because of a heavy snowfall that largely kept us indoors, but we never lacked in anything to do. I would not hesitate in booking this property again and look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful place to stay. Near to Pattie's Settlement. Close to Badgett Playhouse. Enjoyed the drive through of the elk and bison range.

We have a wonderful time staying at The Lake House. It was so spacious and had everything we needed. Conveniently located to Patti's Settlement. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We had a great time. Very close to the Marina. Unfortunately, it was a little too humid to enjoy the screened porch but in better weather, it would have been awesome. There were 14 ladies, so the kitchen was a little crowded but we made do.

Wonderful house; very spacious! Nicole was super great to work with and gave us good advice about where to eat, rent golf cart.

Very nice and accommodating. Great location. The only negative thing was there were a lot of spiders and spider webs outside on the decks and front porch. We only saw one on the inside of the house. The kayak was too dirty to use and had lots of spiders on it. We couldn’t get the electronic door lock to lock when we left the house for the day, but we were able to work around that. Overall, it was a very nice house and we would stay there again.

Everything was great but could of used more towels and also some body wash or at least a bar of soap in each bathroom

This is a perfect family get away spot. The large basement, screened in porch , and paved large parking area make great recreation space. The location is a pleasant walk to green turtle bay marina and a short drive to a dinner at Patti’s.

Loved the property, plenty of space with an enormous screened in porch. Friendly community, very quiet during the week with lots of options for exploring the area without crowds. We rented a pontoon, went to a drive-in movie, ate and shopped at Patti’s Settlement, visited the planetarium and Elk and Bison park. The house sits in a natural setting with deer and other wildlife nearby. Beautiful family getaway, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! It was so close to turtle bay where we enjoyed the beach and playground. We loved being so close to Patti’s and all the shopping. The house was the perfect size with plenty of space! Would definitely stay there again!
