New Home with swim spa, theatre & game room. 1 block to town & close to beach.

I booked this house for my Mama, sister and 2 aunties to have a girls weekend and I can’t help but rave about the entire experience! Susan did a fabulous job with the lay out and sheer cuteness and convenience of her beautiful home! We each had our own bed/shower and we sat at the island in the kitchen for hours just hanging out. The house is close enough to walk downtown and we ate and drank our way through it. The locals are so inviting and kind. Many conversations were had wondering where we live and what brought us to their beautiful town. We have already agreed to make this an annual thing and we will be staying at this house again!! Thank you so much for everything Susan and we will talk to you next year!!

Our experience at the property was excellent. Everything stated in the ad was even better than expected. Lots of room in the house, walking distance to the beach and downtown shopping. Clean, attractive and we would definitely rent again. The host insured we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this downtown South Haven home perfectly located within walking distance to South Beach, restaurants and shopping including the Saturday Farmers Market. The house is very spacious, perfectly appointed. The rooms are large, lots of closet space. The kitchen has everything you could need. The screened in porch was a perfect place to hangout too. Everything is super clean. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to South Haven. A true home away from home for the whole family.

Celebrated my MIL’s 70th birthday in South Haven. Our group of 8 ranged from ages 7-70 and we could not have been more pleased with the home, location, and communication. 5 Stars all around! The home is beautiful with an incredible swim spa, game room and movie theatre. The kids had a blast! The location can’t be beat, everything is walkable. Communication and check in was smooth and quick. Thank you for the memories!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The swim spa was great. The house was spacious and had great amenities! And the host was easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions. Definitely would recommend!

This worked out great for our family of 6 adults and 6 children (ages 11 and under). Used the swim spa, theater room and game room. Worked for all of us! Well equipped and nicely furnished.

She made this stay very comfortable and one of the most amazing properties I have ever experienced. The house has enough entertainment options even if your not able to use the awesome outdoor options in South Haven. A must stay and great value for the price

We had an amazing girls weekend at Susan's place, she was kind and communicative throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and as advertised, we had a fun 80's movie night in the theatre room and it was so nice to be able to park our vehicles for the weekend and walk to downtown and the the lake. We are already planning to book again for next year!

Beautiful house! Easy to walk everywhere, location was perfect.

This home was perfect for gathering our generations together — something fun for everyone! The weather was perfect for the beach all week and we rented a pontoon for sunset cruise last day. We loved being so close to the picturesque walking paths around town and relaxing in the swim spa each evening. Everyone got to see their favorite movies on the big screen during the week. Family movie night was a hit!

Great house and location! So convenient to have all the beach toys, wagon and umbrella. We loved the pool and backyard for our family. Very toddler friendly with the toys and bikes. If we had bad weather we would have gotten even more use out of the basement!

Our family spent a week in South Haven, MI at this beautiful, newly built home. The home comes equipped with everything you could need…especially if you are traveling with children. In addition to the tastefully decorated rooms, there are beach towels, beach chairs, a closet full of toys and games for all ages, 2 pack’n play toddler beds, a high chair, and best of all…2 sets of washers and dryers! Our family especially enjoyed the media room, ping pong table and air hockey table. We spent most of our days at the beach, but also made some trips to the nearby downtown area for ice cream. We all enjoyed the swim spa! Our host, Susan, was easy to reach before the trip and checked in with us several times. We loved this property and South Haven.

The house was amazing from cleanliness to location to all the many amenities! The whole family enjoyed every minute. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

We recently had 3 families with young kids stay at this house. Our stay was wonderful and the house was perfect for young kids! The layout was ideal so each family could have their own space, but there was also plenty of space to congregate. The kids loved the bunk room, the movie theater, and game area. It was so nice to be so close to town, the beach, and kids corner. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding. 7 minutes from the venue! 2 walking blocks from downtown and an easy walk to beach and playground area. The house had EVERYTHING one could need for a perfect stay and then some. Kids loved the basement area and all the toys in the bunk room. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. Wish we would have booked more than 4 nights. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future! It’s beautiful and we were sad to leave.

Everything exceeded our expectations: beautiful, clean, and perfectly designed. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the swim spa and late nights in the movie theater room. We loved our stay and are planning on returning.

This is our second time staying here and I’m sure it will be an annual trip for my daughter, her friends from Illinois and myself. We love the place it’s amazing and the hot tub is awesome!!

Such a great property that is just a walk from downtown, the beach and so much more! The swim spa, game room and movie theatre provided hours of enjoyment for my family and we hope to visit again soon!

This home is absolutely beautiful…inside & out!!! So much for our family to do with the game room, theater room and swim spa. Only a block from all the downtown fun as well.The owners were wonderful to work with and had everything you would need more and more at the house. We will definitely be booking again for a summer visit.

Property was in outstanding shape! Very clean and well decorated. Had all the kitchen utensils needed and stocked with blankets and towels. Spa was phenomenal as was the entire property. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in South Haven.

The only bad thing here is that there are not 10 stars to rate this house! Excellent location, super clean, layout of the home is superb. Perfect for a family or two or a group of friends to stay here. Susan was very helpful with instructions for the spa/hot tub and information of local restaurants and places to see. What a beautiful home! Very clean, comfortable and quiet area. We LOVED the outdoor swim spa/hot tub and the theatre room, hands down, a favorite!! Great location, never had to drive to town, could walk very easily to all the shops and restaurants. The owner was amazing! Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

We had a group of nine ladies for our V^G (Vacay Adventure Gals) Getaway weekend in South Haven. We all fit perfectly in the home, which was absolutely beautiful! We had plenty of room to spread out around the house - giving community space for those who wanted, and quiet space for those wanting to be alone. We were surprised just how close the home was to everything downtown! We were able to walk everywhere! Although the home had a basement full of entertainment options, we spent all of our time wondering around town, playing games together around the dining table, in the spa, or at the beach! The host was very helpful with any questions we had! The home was incredibly clean too, plus we really appreciated all of the extra beach towels! We will definitely stay here again, next time we head to South Haven!

Book this house - property manager amazing too. Our son’s wedding booked for South Haven. Our family is large. Kids grandkids and great grandparents- we found this property and the photos were great - but the house - the location (one block from downtown) the property manager all provided an amazing stay for our family. We had a wonderful ladies weekend enjoying the spa, theater, comfortable, full of all the things, beautiful home that is close walk to shops, coffee in the morning and sunset pier walks at night! Fantastic place right in town!

Absolutely amazing home, stocked with everything you need. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and great location. Short walk to beach or shops. Only complaint was our trip wasn’t long enough. We didn’t have time to enjoy the spa. . Going to stay longer next time. Thanks for allowing to stay in this home!!!

The home was spotless, roomy, gorgeous, and just perfect for our women’s group.. we had a super good time and could walk to restaurants, shopping and the sunsets.we will be coming back.

We were a group of 9 women. The house was beautiful and accomodated us perfectly. From the moment you enter you feel like you are staying at a friend's home, not a rental. Clean and comfortable

The house is exactly as listed with plenty of space, bedrooms each having their own accompanying bathroom (except the bunk room). The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of space to gather and cook. The kitchen also was well stocked with everything you need to clean. The basement was great for playing games and watching a football game on the projector. The spa in the backyard was perfect for an unseasonably cool few days. Would happily stay again! Also - the host was extremely communicative and very easy to get along with!

The property was so clean and well stocked. We came with a family of four but it could have slept many more in 5 bedrooms. Susan was so helpful and communicative - we couldn’t have been happier! We loved the house and amenities, especially the movie theater and swim spa! The proximity to downtown was perfect. We’d love to stay here again.

We took advantage of the proximity to the beach, riverfront parks and downtown restaurants and shops. My wife, kids, grandkids and I had a great time. The grandkids really enjoyed the toys in the closet and we made use of the beach equipment almost every day and the swim/spa every day. My twin 5 year old granddaughters especially liked swimming against the current.
