Stayed Dec 31, 1969We booked this house for a family get together and it beat all of our expectations. The house was very clean, modern and has every amenity that you will need. It is literally across the street from Montauk lake and there is close beach access. The decks overlook the water and you get epic sunsets every night. The house is super comfortable and easy as the owner provided a great document on how to use everything. The owner was very responsive, provided tons of information and was extremely nice. Our family loved the vacation and we already want to figure out when we can go back.

Stayed Jul 27, 2019The house overlooks E Lake as is 500 yds from a beach. The house has all the necessary cooking equipment, utensils, a beautiful grill that is near the pool. There is a TV in every bedroom and a large outdoor one by the bar to watch the Yankees beat the RedSox. The pool is well appointed with floats for the kids, chaise lounges, umbrellas etc and plenty of beach towels. The linens were of high quality and the AC kept the house cool during some hot days. No immediate neighbors and the Town of Montauk is 7 or 8 minutes away. We would go back in a heart beat
