New Home! Spacious 10-bedroom oceanfront on Hilton Head Island Sleeps 24 in Beds

The house was great and host was super helpful! Very spacious. Only downfall is the pool/hot tub heater doesn’t work after multiple attempts and people coming to work on it. Overall, the place is immaculate.

This place was OUTSTANDING. We had a group of 18 adults and everyone had plenty of space. Can’t wait to come back!

House was beautiful. A couple little things need attention, handle on some of the sinks needed tightening as did the handle on one of the kitchen refrigerator doors. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We were a group of female military veterans having a reunion. The home had a perfect setup for us. The home was everything we expected and more. It was luxury at its finest!

Beautiful, well-appointed house with amazing views! It’s a great spot for a multi-family trip with a balance of common areas and private spaces, and easy access to the beach. As a bonus, the property manager informed us that we could get into the house early— which was a huge win for us traveling with young children. We’ll be back!

Great house in a great setting just steps away from the access path to Burkes Beach. The house is new and was very accommodating for our group of 8 adults and 10 kids ranging from 4 to 15 years. Notable is the availability on each floor of a washer/dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and coffee maker...and an elevator! The elevator was invaluable for moving seniors, luggage, and groceries/supplies from the garage in the lower level to the 3 floors above. Close to Walmart, Publix, gas/convenience stores, and Hilton Head restaurants and attractions. Host Tony met with us at check-in to introduce us to the house and was responsive to a couple of very minor issues during our week-long stay. This was our 4th annual family vacation getaway, and we were completely satisfied with the house and all aspects of our stay.

The property was as advertised. It is newly constructed. We had a group of 18. All of our family members were very comfortably accommodated. Every floor of the house is configured with comfortable and spacious common areas. Beach access was easy. Any issues experienced were minor and were resolved promptly. Tony (the property manager) went beyond the call of duty to make sure that our stay was superior. In one case, we had a sick racoon decide to occupy the front porch. Tony personally stood watch from the street until animal control arrived to respond. We highly recommend this property and this management company.

This home has everything you will ever need. 7 adults and 6 children in my family, and we loved it. Sparking clean, brand new last Fall, close to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park right near.We had a great time and will be back again!

This house was absolutely wonderful. We had a combination of 5 families and our high school graduates. Everyone had space to spread out. The location was great! A short walk to the beach and a park nearby with walking trails and tennis courts. The pool and hot tub were nice in the afternoons! I highly recommend staying here!

We needed a larger home for our family. This home was more than spacious. The ground floor had a parking garage for 5 vehicles and the driveway could park 4. Ground floor also included a game room. The 1st floor is the main living area, with spacious family room and designer kitchen. The pool is also on tgis floor. The 3rd and 4th floors had their own laundry rooms, kitchenettes,, tluving arras with tvs

The house is brand new and everything is beautiful. Everything went great and we enjoyed the stay.

We had the best time at this property! The house is gorgeous and is even better than the pictures. This house is perfect for large families or a group of friends to come together and everyone have their own space. The beach is a quick walk from the house, making it very convenient. The location itself is a close drive to multiple restaurants and stores, making it easy to pick up whatever you may need for your trip. Fully recommend!

We could not have asked for a better experience!The 10 spacious rooms allowed for 18 adults to comfortably enjoy a surprise 60th birthday/family reunion, while also providing everyone with their own space to relax and enjoy their time to themselves. Coming from people who have experience renting out their own properties on Cape Cod, these accommodations were second to none. You know the property is amazing when everyone is trying to plan the next family vacation to Hilton Head and to this Sea Front Ln property before they even finished 1 full day!We will 100% be back and we highly recommend to everyone that they get to experience what we experienced!

Our group truly enjoyed this property as it exceeded our expectations. This property was perfect for our large adult groups (9 adults, no kids) with separate common areas on the the second and third floor and a large enough common space on the first floor for everyone to come together and gather. Great appointments in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic kitchen built for large gatherings. Spacious outdoor patio with plenty of seating along with outdoor grill. Nice plunge pool and hot tub offering along with an enclosed bathroom and shower off the patio to accommodate guests enjoying the patio and pool area. Also conveniently located near the public entry to the beach along with a nearby park and greenway path. Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway with other families or friends.
