10 out of 10! We have stayed at a lot of VRBO‘s over the years and this one will remain at the top of our list! First of all the home is absolutely beautiful and the view was breathtaking! The layout of the home was great for a crowd. We had nine total adults (no young kids). We made all of our meals at the home and the kitchen was well stocked and had excellent equipment for making meals for large crowds.The view is absolutely spectacular, and in the winter you could see both sunrise and sunset from the balconies. We took walks on the beach every day. Pickleball courts and park are right behind the house and we played pickle ball and our basketball almost every day. In the winter, we could do bonfires on the beach and we did that for two nights as well, and Mike even had wood stocked for that. The pool table and hot tubs were put to good use by our young adult kids, and we loved bundling up with blankets and sitting outside and reading on the incredible comfortable outdoor couch. There are plenty of TVs for watching football and basketball. The home is incredibly close to the grocery store (walkable) so we rarely even got in our car during the week we were visiting. Oak Island was bustling during this winter holiday week, and we enjoyed the laid back par 3 golf and New year’s Day latern parade.Mike was incredibly responsive as a host and honestly, we don’t have anything but amazing praise for this place!

Perfect house for chilling on the beach. We really enjoyed the swim spa, the pool table, and the game machine. Plenty of sun shade, beach toys, chairs are provided.Perfect location with minimal distance to beach access. We walked to farmer market, friday concert and skate park. Noted that check-in is exactly at 4pm.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. The owners have gone over and beyond to make this the perfect vacation getaway. We were overwhelmed with all of the amazing amenties that were provided. The pool/spa is an absolute dream. The view is perfect, the walk to the beach is so close and easy, and all of the beach toys were an added bonus. In addition, the home is beautifully appointed, extremely clean and so relaxing. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this rental.

We had 11 people (3 kids 14 and under) stay at this beautiful property. The bunk bed room is amazing and the kids would disappear to hang out in there. The remaining rooms were great and the view is just priceless. We would sit on the porch all evening until the sun set and then watch the stars. The hot tub and spa pool were lovely bonuses. There was a farmers market and Friday night concert across the street which speaks to the location. Everything is so close. We also felt like we had plenty of space and privacy on the beach. The whole family agrees we will return to this property and we have stayed in over 8 different beach properties over the years. This one is a keeper!!

This fantastic house offers the ultimate in convenience, with direct beach access and just steps away from Publix, the park, pizza, etc. It's fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Plus, having an EV charger right at the house was incredibly convenient for keeping our two electric vehicles ready to go. What truly sets this rental apart is the incredibly responsive owner and staff, who answered all our questions and requests within minutes!

Beautiful, clean oceanfront home just steps from the beach with gorgeous views from both decks, each with outdoor dining and comfortable seating. Well-equipped kitchen for those who cook and very conveniently located near grocery, restaurants, etc. New swim spa so relaxing after a day at the beach. Host is very helpful and responsive, above and beyond. We had a wonderful time with our extended families and would book again! Thank you, Mike!
