New home in Nashville built in 2023! Extremely spacious, great for hosting

Great living room & kitchen space love my stay

Home was spotless when we arrived. Host is very communicative and the location is withing 15 minutes of the Opry or downtown. Would absolutely stay again!

Matt was a great host, and the property was in a good location to downtown and other venues.

We absolutely enjoyed our time in Nashville!! It was a memorable 21st birthday for our granddaughter!!!! The house was perfect and very well maintained. All the basics were supplied for us. The location was perfect for those that flew into Nashville airport and location was great for all we did. It made it easy by UBER to get into the city and back without having to deal with traffic and having to find a place to park in the city. The open concept of the first floor made it very comfortable for the eight of us that stayed at the house. The beds were very comfortable and having hangers in the closets was amazing!!! The only side note would be to maybe add a few more pots and pans of larger size and some mixing bowls to the kitchen for folks in the future that may be cooking meals at the house. Thank you to our amazing host, Matt!!!! Will definitely stay here again if ever in Nashville in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at this house near downtown Nashville. The house was modern, beautiful and clean. The host was easy to get ahold of and accommodated an early check in which was great for our trip. Overall, 5 stars!

House was conveniently located close to downtown, and 15 minutes from the airport. Host was welcoming and helpful with providing everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone visiting Nashville.

Great place and less than 10 min drive to Broadway. Place was exactly as described - completely updated and very clean! Matt was extremely accommodating and quick to respond responsive! Check in/out process very easy!! Will stay here again next time we come back to Nashville!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Nashville. It was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The East Nashville neighborhood was great...quiet and residential, yet close to every place we wanted to go. So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within 2 miles or less, and only a quick 10 minute uber to get to the downtown areas and music venues.

We loved our stay here! This rental is very cute and well kept. It looked exactly like the pictures and we all loved it. Good location that is walking distance to some great restaurants, and a quick Uber to downtown area. Matt was very responsive before and during our stay. 10/10!

It was an amazing space! Easily housed me and 9 other friends. Kitchen was the best and very clean. The bathrooms were kept very clean and everything smelled good. The beds were a little hard/tough. The host was so easy to communicate with and even supplied me with a few cleaning supplies for the house when I needed it!

We really enjoyed this clean up to date spacious house, 10min from downtown. Check& communication was great. The neighborhood is transforming, so some older houses in the mix, but no issues at all. Can recommend.

Stayed at this house with my family and we enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us. New, modern and very spacious. Easy access in east Nashville neighborhood and the unit was very clean!

The property was exactly as shown. It had more than enough room for our group and had everything we needed for our stay. All area attractions were a short Uber away. Check in was super easy and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
