Stayed Mar 8, 2024Well done reconstruction of an older residence. Plenty of room for our group. Nice that it was within a 10 minute walk of Historic Downtown Gilbert. Private outdoor backyard space with pool and gas fire pit are nice features. We would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Was a nice stay and it was convenient to downtown Gilbert. Property was clean and there was not a litany of rules to follow like in other properties i have stayed at. Would have liked a room option with a larger bed but the bed sizes are not misrepresented. Outside of that just be prepared for the train that goes by every once in a while (few or more times a day) and the tracks are just outside of the back yard.
