Stayed Jun 29, 2025Overall the house worked great for our family of 16. We had 2 that needed cribs and the house had 2 cribs and pack n play plus high chair. The bunks also worked well for the older kids. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools like insta pot and pots/blenders etc. We comfortably parked 4 cars(2 in garage and 2 in driveway). The location is great as it is walking distance to the beach. The pool was used every day! Also the owner was quick to respond to messages. The elevator is a great idea but it can get stuck if you are not super careful about closing the screen.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025We recently stayed at this home in Hilton Head for a girls' weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained—exactly as described (if not better) in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a private shaded pool. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the process, offering local tips and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. This was a perfect home for a relaxing and memorable Hilton Head vacation.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025Overall stay was good. Too many insects in the house (cockroaches, spiders, and other bugs). Second floor balcony/porch had several wasp nest with wasp so made sitting out there impossible. Wife and grandson got bit by spiders. Garage door opener code from outside the garage did not work until it was fixed on day three. The pool heater did not work so cold until it was fixed day two.

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This home was wonderful. It was perfect for our family ..we had 12 adults and 2 toddlers and we loved everything about it. Very clean..the kitchen was perfect, we had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the closeness to the beach, the pool was great. Highly recommend this property. Whenever we had questions or needed anything Ted responded right way. Would love to come back sometime!

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Loved this home. We had grandchildren from ages 8 mos to 15 + 7 adults. House was lovely, clean and had all the necessities we needed. The host was great answering our questions about places to eat and some other questions we had. Loved the neighborhood and great location. The walk to the beach was about 8-10 minutes on a paved and shady path. This home exceeded our expectations. Loved it
