Great house! Perfect for several couples. Everything you need. :)

The only downside was the weather. The main space was perfect for large group gatherings. The dining table had PLENTY of space for our group (and them some) to spread out

We had family in town for South Alabama graduation and we found it easy to get back and forth from campus and downtown Mobile, plus the scenery was a perk! Property is brand new so it was practically spotless.

The house was wonderful, cute decor without too many decorations especially when we have little ones with you. Loved the kitchen. Close to beach with easy access to beach. Pool was a huge success. Fun bunk room with arcade game. Did need some extra things added such as rugs at the doorways inside and out. Needs to have extra bedding such as blankets and pillows in the bedroom closets. A vacuum cleaner would be nice. Now to the things that were not mentioned when we rented the house. We were in a construction zone the whole time because they were building a house right smack in our view of the ocean. Our porch area overlooked the dumpster and the port-a-potty. Could not enjoy the porch area during the day because of the noise such as hammering, nail guns, saws, beeping of the lift.Did not feel like anyone did a thorough walk through before it was rented out. The builders left paint, caulk guns etc. in the kitchen pantry. When they in stalled the second frig they left all the packaging on the top of it. Trash all around the outside of the unit such as cigarette butts, plastic silverware, construction trash. Lastly there were nails and screws all over the decking. My son and grandson had to go around and collect all of them before someone stepped on one and ended up in the emergency room. As I said when I started this is a wonderful house for a family but just needs someone to check it out before renting.. Thank you.
